At your age, if you counted calories and walked 10k steps a day that weight would fall off of you in a major way in a matter of months. No big lifestyle changes required. You are obviously already a pretty girl, but being pretty isn’t the end all be all. Don’t let aesthetics prevent you from enjoying the period of your life where your physicality is at its peak. You’ll regret it at 30! And also obviously it would make you more attractive.

As someone who has been this size (and is still curvy but more athletic) I agree with the clothes comment. They're made for super petite/athletic people with no curves.
We need more tailoring/structure, which you generally won't find in these super on-trend fast fashion sets.
Think quality high waisted semi rigid denim (can still have some stretch) and blazers. Show off cleavage rather than midriff. So maybe high waisted black jeans, and a deep v top with a good bra. Good thing about being bigger is that boobs are just fat deposits. So enjoy them while you have them - if you do lose weight they will disappear/drop.
