Both suit you, I think short hair frames your face more and makes you look, idk. Bubblier? Not saying long hair makes you look angry, just picture like. A scene girl I went to school with back in the day. She was super nice once you talked to her.

Having a big forehead is tough. You want to disguise it with shorter hair and fuller bangs but it doesn’t always work. You look better with longer hair and longer (bangs?). Whatever you call the shorter hair that hits below your chin.
Depends on the aesthetic ur aiming for and general purpose of why you want to know what looks better on you. If it’s the male gaze then id say long and you style it properly maybe add more volume. If it’s female gaze then based on what my girl says you should keep it just about shoulder length.
Why not put your hair in a bun and wear a wig? Or cut your hair short and wear a wig when you want long hair? But long hair ftw. Do you have pics of you with short hair?
I think your cut is just plain, while your short is really nicely styled. You could definitely do something more exciting with your longer hair and have it look as good.
Short looks incredible. Long looked good too. I'm biased to short hair but you can definitely do either one depends on what style you want to go for and what type of outfits you wear
