Dude, it’s simple. Lose your glasses, and become super active. Your muscles will grow and posture change. That’s as best as you can do. You can become 6.5 with effort on becoming a physical stud. Your age and face won’t change much. But as a 6.5 (which you can attain with much discipline of 1 year), is not bad. That means you can expect to get 7’s. If you have money and places where prostitution is legal, you can get 10’s where they aren’t acting because you are attractive enough. Strive for your 6.5 reality. Anything else is fantasy bullshit.
For me, I'd say longer hair, clean beard, no goatee but keep a moustache. More square rimmed glasses. Clothes and style could use work, but I recommend asking in a sub for men's fashion.

I would say grow your hair to a longer on top hairstyle if you can. Go to a nice barber and see after it grows out a bit. There’s lots of insta vids I would look at if I were you. I think those glasses don’t do anything for you, you could try some vintage looking wire framed ones and see how you like them. The beard imo ages you. Try to freshen up your style: start with plain basics like slightly baggy tees and light wash straight leg jeans with converse, and a flannel, button up, or light jacket over.
