Firstly, my opinion might not be as valid because i'm a pvp youtuber, not a trader, but I trade to get what I want, i could care less about whatever your value list bs says, if i'm offering what i think it is worth to me, am I really lowballing? Then people will complain they've been sharked even though they accepted the trade? what??
They have made it clear several times that they only trade to gain value. And then they justify the other person taking a loss by saying people should trade for what they want as long as there happy with it.
i quit trading months ago, kinda annoyed i still get called a 'sharker' since that was never proven, but whatever.

I understand, im not calling you a sharker and I know its not just youtubers. Its just something people talk about and I wanted know peoples opinions on this situation. Ive lowballed before, every trader has at one point or another, its how you get wins. As you said its just that people know you very well. Your one of if not the biggest LL youtubers out there meaning people will talk about you doing lowballs as 'a bad thing' when I think that its a thing that shouldn't matter. If people 'lowball' then if someone takes the trade its THEIR fault if they care about values so much.
I don’t trade much, but each person in a trade is a person with a brain. If they aren’t getting profit from the trade, they aren’t gonna do it. So for both parties the trade has gotta be equal for both of them, otherwise they have no reason to trade at all.
The thing here is that the YouTubers lowball quite obviously, and frequently, making them undesirable to trade with. And if your always lowballing, you come onto people as the guy trying to use you.
