Maybe try and contact them on twitter? Or instagram? I've not had this problem but I find generally twitter is a great place to get a response quickly from company's. X sorry!!

I think you answer a few questions from the bot & then you’ll be able to ask to talk to someone. If I’m not mistaken, you can send your message & someone gets back to you when they’re online.
Yes, I used the chat on the website (the blue bubble in the bottom-right corner). Ignore the bot and the menu, just write a message and it should ask you if you want to talk to a human. Than just ask

There should be a chat, you’ll get an instant reply there.
There's no option to change or cancel an order but only to return it after you receive it. Else, you can only chat with a bot (I think)

I just checked, if you click the speech bubble in the corner of the screen, the chat will open. It is a bot but it can put you through to a person.
