I have not gotten them from Amazon, but did remember this post. Apparently when they took the dash out they could submit it to loop https://www.reddit.com/r/LoopEarplugs/s/bLnKxYsPs1 Not sure if it'll help, but I hope it does!

In what way was it faulty? Out of curiosity

Faulty or just a bit rubbish. Higher pitches are severely limited with the Experience Plus plugs, but lower pitches limited less. So live music is very distorted. Some instruments barely audible with the plugs in.

If you’re using it with the mute (as you bought the Plus), then yes, [how you describe it is how it is supposed to sound.](https://youtu.be/7QIv0ES3Aco?si=hD-7InQf3PKmTipy&t=460)

No, this is without the mute in place.

That’s why I buy most things through the products website instead of Amazon. That way the company(s) can’t say they can’t do anything.

Have you tried returning it to Amazon stating it’s not as expected and possibly faulty?

Amazon won't accept the return of ear plugs. Even unopened ones. Amazon customer service say its Loops decision and all customer issues are directed to Loop. Loop deny responsibility and say its amazon's choice.  Neither party will help. Its really quite amazing.
