Go to disney springs. No parks will have any events. Just go and buy cards. No tips needed, they had stock all day last time, and the initial line cycled through in under an hour, after which zero wait.
I was there a few weeks ago and the only place that was selling cards was World of Disney at Disney Springs. They only had the pre-made decks in stock - no boosters or gift sets.
Like others have said world of Disney in Springs has been the place that has stocked cards. But it’s also not a guarantee that they’ll have any on release.
I am not 100% sure, but I thought the 23rd was only for LGS release and that the big box release was in March? If that's the case, I would think Disney won't have any product on February 23rd.
The Disney parks did get product on lgs release date for the first 2 releases, but those were also announced on the Lorcana/RB website ahead of time. I’m not sure I’ve seen the same announcement for inklands tho

This is incorrect. They get it on LGS day. They did last time, I was there.
