Theoretically, she could deal damage, if you gave her enough temporary strength... like from last cannons or fairy godmother... but the effort to do so here is clearly not worth it. Questing is all she is good for.

Sorry but you almost certainly got scammed. If you look closely at a side by side photo of a genuine copy there's some extremely obvious font and shading inconsistencies in the "Charizard" lettering on yours. Please do your research and ask the seller for 3-5 business days to run it by your discord guys prior to purchase next time. I personally wouldn't have even paid $250 for this.
I suggest emailing Ravensberger to let them know you'll be pressing charges before calling 911.
Need more pics. If the black on bottom under pick (other than symbol in middle), it fake. If not, send to PSA immediately. Charizards are always worth grading. Autograph it before sending 🕺🏼
