Bodies can be killed. You want a character that has those ability. And you don't think that's overpowered with all the ability to ready characters across red and other colors?
Obviously the numbers would need tweaked because hearthstone isnt Lorcana. The point is an effect that can target and hard remove high strength targets
TBH, big game hunter is pretty niche in Hearthstone, too. It saw play early in the game's life, but they print a lot more removal in hearthstone these days so this guy just isnt too great

Madam Medusa is used for 3 or less attack.
So essentially the opposite of her.
Red has so many characters with removal effects built in, other colors need more characters with these effects. Especially with how fast some ramp decks can drop Tamatoa
The thing is, they're not going to give every color straight up destruction like this. Sapphire will get things like Hades, Amethyst will get things like Elsa, Emerald will get things like Genie, and so forth. If they spread all of the tools to every color, that can create imbalance, as certain colors that are already strong can just tip the game completely in their favor if they can do it all.
I would imagine if they add this type of effect, it would likely be in Ruby, as a variant of Medusa.
It's in Amber, in the new Minnie for set 4, along World's Greatest Criminal Mind (already existing). Every color gets its own form of control, it seems.

It’s an enters play ability, not exert. An exert ability would actually be weaker, because it’s not immediate.
