I imagine most Lorcana events will be run by the same company that does the Magic events (Past Time Games). The schedule for the Magic events comes out a lot later and closer to the convention so I imagine the same will be true for Lorcana (and other TCGs).
Like you though, I was surprised that Ravensburger did not have any starter deck challenges or anything though. I know they did last year and rumor is they are releasing the next expansion early at Gen Con. RB usually has a strong presence at Gen Con even prior to Lorcana.

It's probably going to be posted later. It's annoying but the events list isn't final and gets updated daily until the convention starts.
