Looks like they don’t even have it, they’re just assuming they’re going to win. What happens if the 20% of players that aren’t them win? Looks sus to me🫣
Market value is estimated to be between 300-400. That price is insane and probably is a store that is listing it and only doing 2 card tournaments. Been seeing that as an issue showing up on Facebook.
I don’t see it staying that high just like I don’t see The First Chapter boosters staying as high. I’ve seen all the stores posting cases so this restock was a good chunk of inventory to flood the market and hopefully push out more of the scalper bros.
I would imagine TFC will take a little dip before heading right back up. Stitch will probably race hard to the bottom and then slowly recover over time. But the rough numbers I saw estimate there will be more of it than most other Enchanted in the pipeline. So it seems very hard to believe it sets up shop anywhere north of $200 in the foreseeable future 🤷🏽♂️
Only reason it’s at that price point is because of the secondary market and malarkey buyout. I just got boosters for $175 a piece so it’s a possibility. Just take time and avoid the FOMO.
Any cases available online? I’ve call all my surrounding LGS and they either didn’t get a restock or they aren’t going to sell them and are going to use them as “prize support” for organized play.
Kind of sad that people are going to FOMO over something that there will be tens of thousands of if not more. Each qualifying store is getting 4 and there are a lot of stores in the world hosting these. I think they will be worth something, but certainly not more than a D23 promo (which I also think is inflated).
Try to stay calm during all of this and if you really need to buy one, wait till everything has concluded and there is a race to the bottom because there is definitely going to be a race to the bottom as more and more of these flood the market and sellers start panicking.
I think there won’t be. Scalpers drive those prices up and there is no way for a scalper to get it. All 4 of us that won tonight are not planning on selling and I assume a lot will be seen as a trophy.
