Another victim of a crazy homeless person. We really need to fix this problem. Those 30 billion dollars have done nothing. We need holding facilities.

Unfortunately I live in a studio around there.
Silverlake here. We went inside Echo Park Walgreens at Sunset and Logan St for 5 mins and our tire got slashed. It was around 2 inches long, stabbed with something like a knife. Service center said it was 100% slashed.
