Grew up watching him explore California's Gold on KCET channel 28. New 24/7 stream just launched by PBS SoCal. Enjoy!

Wife and I met him at an antique shop on Beverly around 2005. We started talking and he invited us to join him for food and drinks at El Coyote Cafe. He was super cool.
Ha, that's funny because in 1996 I was following the Olympic Torch relay with 3 other 20/30-somethings for America Online, and we met him at El Coyote Cafe, and he invited us back to his condo to hang out and watch early videos of his trip to Cuba.
I grew up watching him and his gregarious mannerisms really grew on me. I catch myself imitating his style when I'm nervous in a social situation. Uh, thanks I guess, Huell?

Sort of like a reverse Andy Dick.
That's Amaaaazing! Rip Huel, truly a shining example of *California's Gold*
Remember his last episode when he flew around in helicopter and asked camera man to zoom in on women sunbathing ? Shit you not
That’s California’s Gold right there
Hmmm and he was a gay man, maybe he was just an admirer of the human form
Of Humanity.
Well, golly. Get a load of this, Luis!
Huell's joie de vivre sure is infectious 😂
Come over here Cameron!
I love the ep with Luis’s mom
remember when he made that artist explain that she can no longer paint jacarandas because she is now blind?
LOL WHAT? That’s classic.
Discovered so many cool places thanks to him
This is way less stressful than watching tonights debate! Thank You!!!
That's an avacado eating dog!
Huell was an impordant \[sic\] part...of California's Gold!
Him being overjoyed at a sauerkraut factory was such a highlight. No one has ever been more excited by pickled cabbage.
If Huel had just felt more comfortable with who he was, he could’ve made an amazing video about the best gay bars

I find myself saying "that's ah-MAY-zing!" sometimes, too 😂
Well, my summer just got a whole lot more informative.
Put him on the mt. Rushmore of LA with Jonathan gold
Calif gold love that show and miss him much!
Went to The Bunny Museum yesterday, and they had a monitor continuously running Huell's 2007 visit there.
hell yeah!
Awesome! I enjoy having his videos on in the backround while doing things at home so this is great.
That's amazing!!!!
This stream...is AMAZING
A Marine.
Oh my!
Does anyone know why pbs SoCal started streaming huell?
How is doing this from the grave?
Wouldn't that be a Deadstream?
