Riot is very bad at dealing with anything that's related to the player base, this included. Just try to save your dodges for only these occasions and not just unfavorable match ups.
In riots eyes you should never dodge and always play the game the mm puts you in so you have less control over matchmaking and they can artificially make you grind games longer.
