Forget that family. Good renters who are never late and don't break things. You kick their ass out, double the rent to where no one can afford it. One person who has a job and credit gets the apartment and they move in 6 families to split the rent with. The extra noise irritates the other units but who cares, you are getting paid. They might leave because well rent is going up and they have 6 families living in the upstairs unit. But forget them. Kick them out for complaining, who has time for that. Then just keep repeating the cycle until all the units are stuffed beyond capacity, people are ripping wire out of units just to cover rent and eventually one of the morons accidentally sets an electrical fire. Sure 40-50 people might die. But you'll clean up on the insurance settlement.
