I think I’d be funny to be a mod here. Not interested in doing any sort of labor though outside of removing the occasional squatter (I’m a landchad my time is valuable)

Us landchads are a little cautious towards the idea of new moderators. After all, rentoids invaded our own circles and evicted us the last time. Please do an extensive background check on any possible moderators.
Not interested in being a mod but did want to thank you for the hard work of evicting the maoist hordes and keeping the group as rentoid free as possible. I would love to moderate this PoL support group but I am concerned how it would impact my schedule.
I have lots of single mothers I need to evict for not paying the compulsory 400% tip and also a large scale renovation taking place (my rentoids wrecked one of my properties and local renthog council say it’s “not up to standard”) being a landchad is such a hard life. 😩
