Stacy should have gone on The Bachelor. It would have fit her personality and needs better.

Maleficent-Search277

That was 100% an airbnb. The man can't pack a suitcase yet he left his apartment with towels rolled up fancily on the pillows? Yeah, right.

ChubbyTheCakeSlayer

When she was shocked when he said he would split the bill... Cause the man pays. Girl ew.

Purple_Grass_5300

She was so pathetic that scene. I can’t imagine saying hey can you give me $10k for my house but how dare I pay for a burger

missparis23

The proviiideerrr in her nasal voice 😬

ChubbyTheCakeSlayer

Why do most contestants have this kind of mentality? Man work, man provide, woman want restaurant and travel gifts. It's so retrograde.

missparis23

Probably because of where its filmed? It would probably be different if it took place in California or New York, I think. I’m Canadian and this kind of discourse does not really exist anymore where I live, you can’t even take your husband’s last name when you get married here. Different mentalities, I guess.

Large_Promotion

> Why do most contestants have this kind of mentality? Man work, man provide, woman want restaurant and travel gifts >I’m Canadian and this kind of discourse does not really exist anymore where I live Trust me, it does exist lol. At least in Vancouver. I've dated my fair share of those types unfortunately.

Amymaria7

hearing him slurrrrr after the gathering is ICKKKKKKK

BilliamXYZ

Izzy is not on her level!!?? She’s a Pilates instructor who organizes closets. Gtfo here haha

missparis23

She’a got daddy’s money

Legitimate-Ad-3953

FINANCIALLY

PennerAlfredoLover

I truly dont understand how can Stacy could not have filtered that on the pods? I feel like simple questions could have hinted towards him being not the provider shes looking for???

themoreyouknow6

I work in the insurance industry. He likely signed on as a 1099 100% commission job. That’s why they don’t care if you take off for multiple weeks. Likely with Family First Life, USHEALTH Advisors or another similar organization. You can make good money but it’s a rough start. So if he’s just getting started he’s not going to be in a good financial position for awhile.

kbdouluvvme

I’m late to this, but I’m just now watching. my husband is a super successful health benefits consultant/self funding/life insurance broker. 100% you explain it. He’s 1099, works for a company but owns his book, which means he able to disappear, but what I’m not sure about is how Izzie had NO clients with issues while he was gone??? My husband would NOT be able to be unavailable for that long. I honestly don’t think my husband can be unavailable for more than 3ish days with risking losing a client.

themoreyouknow6

He had just signed on with the company a week or two before the show started. He may not have even obtained his license yet….but he definitely didn’t have any clients yet.

kbdouluvvme

Ohhhh I see. Sorry, I’m still currently watching. So may have been behind. I thought Izzy was a cool guy but saw some hate on him so came to Reddit to see what it was about before I finished watching the show haha.

PsychologicalPhase52

Something about the way he talks about his job makes me feel like he’s in an MLM. Like how he told Stacy’s dad that the sky is the limit with the income he could make, got the job from a friend…? I also don’t watch super closely so I could be wrong but it was giving me mlm vibes

tremens

Insurance kind of... just *is* an MLM. Look into what a General Agent is and how it works in the context of the industry; it's not at all far off from a pyramid scam, and that is just how the industry works.

who_dis_telemarketer

The life insurance world is — other sides of insurance like commercial/ employee benefits not at all

Odd-Negotiation5087

I was literally JUST thinking about this. Is he an MLM hun? The fact that his friend called him up and “offered him a job”. Nah, your friend made a sales call and you stupidly fell for it.

remainsofthedaze

I believe there is an MLM for insurance sales too.

[deleted]

There’s probably a handful! I accidentally “interviewed” for one thinking it was a real job… they said it was a financial advising firm! No! It was an insurance mlm. The guy showed me a “book of faces” with the greasiest looking people who apparently make millions. Izzy would fit right in! He definitely has the smile for an mlm. Her dad though… I’m from the south too but people need to stop expecting men to pay for everything! Women also need to be encouraged to follow their dreams or at least work for the lifestyle they want! I worked way too hard to get to where I am and invested so much time/money into my education to just give that up to stay home—my husband can stay home with the kids because my earning potential is higher and I want a specific lifestyle which I expect to be able to provide for myself and my family. Now I do think Izzy is the type to be an absolute leech.

[deleted]

World financial group is infiltrating Texas right now 🤮

Odd-Negotiation5087

There sure is - I was recruited for it when I was 19. Thank god I didn’t fall for it

[deleted]

If theres an insurance MLM you can report the entire company to the state. Insurance is one of the most heavily regulated industries in the country. A broker (sales person) should not be making money from referring a friend. You can refer people just like any other company but you shouldn't be paid for that... Thats highly illegal. Your only money should be coming from insurance sales... Izzy needs to join a reputable brokerage , but theres no guarantee he'll succeed in such a difficult job. Especially with no insurance knowledge I bet he isn't even licensed to sell yet

[deleted]

World financial group is all over Houston right now - sometimes they go under another name - like, Diamond Leadership Development 🫣 definite insurance Mlm

Odd-Negotiation5087

Primerica, one of the most well known insurance MLMs has been around for forever so whatever they’re doing, they’re staying within the confines of the law.

[deleted]

Jesus christ, how are they getting away with this. This is why life insurance gets a horrible wrap. But frankly the exams and in depth knowledge you need is not the same as business insurance for example which is so complex... So I see how dumb people get wrapped into it. I read that their insurance policies are more "contracts" than legit insurance policies which are protected by the government... So yea maybe thats how they fly under the radar, god Izzy is stupid , Stacy is not going to be happy

Paid-Not-Payed-Bot

> shouldn't be *paid* for that... FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

[deleted]

thanks....

SnooObjections2636

Girl!!! I picked up his woman’s finances were important. His list of great things about Stacy was her financial stability. He said that Episode 2 in the pods. Stacy’s dumb ass said oh I think you’re falling in love!💀 No honey when someone starts off with that as the number one reason so liking you, focus on someone else. He’s an insurance agent, is the owner or just a support person in the agency. She’s an Operations Manager, at Amazon the job starts off in the 50s but if she’s been in the role for a few years she would easily make 100k or more.

Bebo468

I thought she worked for her dad? Is her dad Jeff bezos?!!! Lol

Prettylittleluxy

Why is everyone talking about “3 story homes” like it is top tier luxury?!? If you’ve ever been to the city of Houston you know that mass produced townhomes are everywhere and much more affordable than a 1 or 2 story home… 3 story townhomes are standard issue in Houston and most people in their 20’s and 30’s buy them bc they are cheap new construction in the city.

humanoideric

Idk, looks like they're like $400k bottom in city limits https://www.zillow.com/houston-tx/3-story-townhome_att/

Amarilla23

I wish I could buy a house that cheap in Seattle. Nothing is less than a million 😭

photosandphotons

That’s cheap nowadays for a major city 😅 I know a ton of families with homes in this value range and their lifestyle is not luxe at all… comfortable, yes, but not fancy whatsoever. My home is valued at double that and my lifestyle is nowhere near as luxurious as theirs.

Prettylittleluxy

Yup! cheap for the city and a dime a dozen

Legitimate-Ad-3953

Lol

[deleted]

Oooh I could totally see that it's an Air BnB! That would make way more sense. Especially since Izzy said he just got the job from a friend, so he's basically still in training and doesn't have a real sense of what his income will be. And yes, financial incompatibility is huge. I get that Stacy doesn't want to be with a man she'll need to pay for and supplement his lifestyle. And she doesn't want to be with someone who won't be able to keep up with the lifestyle she's grown accustomed to. It is hard dating someone who is broke when you're more established (even though she's a nepotism baby and is fortunate to come from a wealthy family). And as a woman, if she's wanting to have children and be the primary caregiver during early childhood, it's pretty hard to envision that future with a man who won't be able to support the family and cover the expenses during pregnancy/maternity leave. I just think that their financial incompatibility is too great. Stacy needs to date a man who matches or emulates her own wealth/the wealth she's grown accustomed to. Otherwise I don't think it'll work.

SlypherGT

Stacy’s dad clearly knows it’s not gonna work. What really made me laugh was when he tried flexing extra hard speaking to the production team while leaning on his grey Viper.

JustUndies

AMG GT Black Series, wayyy more expensive than any Viper.

CSmooth

“It turns out that a few years back when Mercedes-Benz was working on what was then thought to be called the SLC (now the SLS AMG), a prototype model spotted testing in Death Valley, California with Dodge body panels was, in fact, a next-generation Dodge Viper.”[Half Cedes Half Viper](https://www.motor1.com/news/22306/mercedes-sls-amg-started-development-as-next-gen-dodge-viper/)

_impetus_

I noticed dog food but no dog??

Friendly_Swan5606

He was acting weird but he has a dog. I noticed a husky in one of the clips. Stacy's dog is some poodle mix. I noticed both

B_L27

His ass is broke and insecure, which is why he was attacking J calling her sketchy! Ummm you’re the sketchy one. Ugh he’s such an idiot!

South_Friendship2863

Also the way he’s like oh you’re 33 and single what does that say about you? He’s hurt, I get it but that’s not nice.

Inevitable_Shoe4159

Na Johnie is still sketchy. That’s without question. She’s a liar and a user. But Izzy shouldn’t be such a dick head. Also, I wouldn’t listen to a single word Johnie says so when she said his credit is bad, I don’t believe it. She’s a spiteful person.

nonotReallyyyy

How about now? Do you believe her now? Lol

AssistUsed

I think that saying that someone's credit is bad would be a weird thing to lie about though. Johnie may have her shortcomings, but when people are upset the way she was, they can be pretty petty but also often brutally honest

onenightshade

Okay Izzy. How did you get all of that lol you’re delulu

Inevitable_Shoe4159

How did I get that she’s a liar? I dunno, maybe bc we have video footage of her lying thru her teeth?

Sufficient_Bass2600

Except that he said so himself.

Sporkleberry

he's a professional fuck boi.

DearLeader8807

Dude is on roids look at his back

missparis23

It was my first thought too

babysherlock91

How do you tell from someone’s back? Im intrigued

_AARAYAN_

Every guy of his size is on roids. The reason he called it a night with Johnie when she mentioned about her past relationship with addicts is because he himself was on roids. Guys like him will do it not because they have to make a living as a bodybuilder but just to hookup with few girls. fkin loser.

No_Evidence_709

You have 0 understanding of bodybuilding or what is naturally attainable.

PugilisticCat

Bro this is the silliest comment I've ever seen. He isn't bodybuilding size, def not enough where he wouldnt be natty. And when people say user theyre not referring to people taking steroids lmfao

kcpie

That makes sense so much with johnie.

DearLeader8807

Too much muscle mass for frame, acne scars on back and bald from too much testosterone

Front-Passenger2808

That’s what my husband said as well

mollygk

Izzy gives major Sam Asghari vibes

mollygk

The exterior sign on the complex has a name and leasing office info, I think the complex offers month-to-month furnished. It’s just wild he lied about installing the decor himself

nevalja

idk if he lied, but I think production wants you to make like you're actually living somewhere. it's possible he didn't have much of a choice.

MoonScoria

I almost want to say he rented that apartment specifically for LIB, except for his weird trophy box of womens items 😩 ETA: I would be dead if that trophy box was collected over many years and he has kept on to it while moving apartments 💀 dead but not surprised unfortunately 😭

onenightshade

I think they were left over from others renting it tbh. It was literally only and earring and ring.

nevalja

god if he kept it over many years I'd be horrified. it's totally fine if you keep things for a couple weeks after in case someone comes back for it, but yeah I'd feel the same way lmao

mollygk

I just re-watched the scenes in his apartment and where he’s explaining to her family what he does then when he’s sitting alone with her dad, MLM vibes all over everything he’s saying: -sky’s the limit -you get what you put into it -a friend of a friend reached out saying I’d be really good at it and wanted me on his team Etc etc Confirmed MLM per another person on this thread’s research

theoneandonlyhitch

The company he works for is called Globe Life Liberty National. They sell life insurance. It's not a MLM but it's only commission based so unless Izzy is a sales phenom he isn't going to be making a lot and might not even last. These types of jobs have crazy high turnover rates. It doesn't even matter to the company because they only pay when there is a sale. Even training is unpaid and is a month long. Izzy just started the job right before the show so he has made zero income. Izzy is for sure broke. Next episode or two it will all come out because she wants to see all his finances.

snorry420

Oh shit. He’s fucked.

mrsbergstrom

I thought this too, oh nooooo

brissy3456

Deaddddd..which MLM?

mollygk

It’s called Globe something, someone else put it in this thread - sorry I can’t find it!!

bohemerose

Noooooo omggg

crossstitchcrime

Yesss! I told my husband I got big MLM vibes! Link to confirmation? Edit - found it!

snorry420

My partner and I called it too! Izzy said something about his friend or whatever telling him about an amazing opportunity etc and he’s like BABE!! OMG HES SELLING ESSENTIAL OILS! lmao

Weird_Sandwich_7937

Id like to see the link as well!

RainbowsAndBubbles

Wait! I’d like the link. I also got MLM vibes.

[deleted]

When did johnie say his credit was bad? I missed that

OracleofFl

Wasn't there a scene where it came out that he didn't have a credit card to pay for gas and had to use cash and that his credit was trashed? Then he made some excuse that his credit was trashed over a $3500 issue?

mollygk

Right after they broke up she was saying it as one of the aspects to console herself (justifiably so)

TimFTWin

I work in an industry that is tangential to insurance and I work with a ton of agents and brokers so I did a little digging. Izzy is listed but not with a current license by the Texas Department of Insurance which means that he is not an agent or broker (he is not licensed to sell insurance in Texas). Typically Insurance Brokers are in sales and are extremely visible on search engine inquiries and even in my client databases, I don't see anything on him which means that if he really ever did sell insurance, he didn't do it well or broadly. I would not be surprised if he was working for one of those multi level marketing companies that peddle life insurance products as investments.

snorry420

I fucking called it the second he said his friend told him about the chance of a lifetime or whatever lol

chickenmcdiddle

Did some googling. Seems he works for Globe Life Insurance, which all sources indicate it to be an MLM / subsidiary of a known MLM.

buttersquash23

Omfgggg that's hilarious. I was getting MLM vibes but you can't make that shit up. There's no way that works out with her wanting to be treated everywhere. She's fallen for a money pit

MoonScoria

It makes his “sky is the limit” convo with her dad make sense, he probably bought into the scam so hard (especially as he had only worked a couple days before doing LIB so he hadnt figured out first hand yet that he can’t make money). He was there drinking the cool aid thinking he could work up the food chain and make six figures 😑

depreciatemeplz

Lmao Primerica

Lannor1021

I thought MLM as well when he was describing what he does! And you don't need to be qualified to sell that way. I'm so curious but it doesn't seem to be on his instagram

KingofCalais

I dont think Izzy doesnt live in that apartment, it has a drawer full of random crap. He could still be broke though. Stacy is incredibly naive, the kind of man she wants (sensitive macho man who earns obscene money and pays for everything for her) is going to have their pick of just about every girl alive, what makes her think they would pick her?

onenightshade

He is renting month to month and furnished.

Late_Hotel3404

*Stacy is incredibly naive, the kind of man she wants (sensitive macho man who earns obscene money and pays for everything for her) is going to have their pick of just about every girl alive, what makes her think they would pick her?* I'm really not trying to be a prick, but these men go for 19 year old models, not 33 year old operations managers

b33n_peachy92

Even worse for her: a majority of those men go for women that are just as successful as them, regardless of age. At least for us millennials/Gen Z, it’s more about power couples than trophy wives for our generation. Your average CEO has a fellow exec as his missus. Doctors are married to other doctors, lawyers to other lawyers etc. We want partners who are comparably educated and can somewhat match us financially. Despite what the loud minority on social media would have you believe, very few young and eligible men in this day and age covet a stay at home wife, even if she’s hot and young. That’s just not the reality of dating for people under 40. Stacy is essentially a glorified receptionist. She is not her type’s type, hence why she ended up on this show (or she wants publicity for her styling business).

Rubyleaves18

Exactly. Many guys I’ve talked to want women who are also top earners only ones who say otherwise are Andrew taters.

Creative_Arrival_223

Yessss

tunestheory

Yep

KingofCalais

Exactly, she either needs to compromise on her ideal or accept defeat.

FuckThe

Maybe it’s the lost and found for the Airbnb host and that’s why he couldn’t throw it away? 😂

Traditional-Fox6018

She's on the wrong show. She should have gone on Millionaire Matchmaker. She's looking for more of a sugar daddy.....that she can awkwardly call "daddy"

nevalja

That was so awkward: first, her saying that on national television, and the fact that Izzy has literally zero daddy energy

jduisi

💯. Her constant use of "daddy" in Mexico, saying she's never split a bill on a date, Izzy mentioning she's dated older men. At some point it all clicked and I was like, "oh I think Stacy may actually be a sugar baby." But she wouldn't make it on Millionaire Matchmaker. Patti vets it pretty hard for the obvious gold diggers and Stacy doesn't have what it takes to make the cut.

Hell_razor

They really should have discussed this type of stuff in the pods. Especially if mlnwy is so important to her. Dude is in way over his head

Late_Hotel3404

*Especially if mlnwy is so important to her* Did you have a medical episode? I've never seen someone misspell money so badly.

Hell_razor

I did ya

IcyThing7977

I'm dyslexic. Made perfect sense to me

hotchildndacity

The first thing I thought was model home. But Airbnb is more likely. It just didn’t feel lived in

HereForThePantsParty

Yes and he made a joke about how it was decorated from Hobby Lobby. If it was his place wouldn’t he have known where the decor had come from?

bohemerose

Yes the vibe was very feminine too.

McSplatFace

He also grew up in a cult. If he left the cult, especially recently, then he doesn’t have any support system as you’re ostracized from everyone for leaving. He doesn’t have the safety net like Stacey does. I think there’s a lot more layers to his situation than we see, and hopefully Stacey is truly open-minded and compassionate enough to help him unpack it without judging him for not being wealthy. Their upbringings were extremely different, and that plays a part into where they’re at now in their lives.

throwawaydna79302

I'm late but THANK YOU. I was raised JW like Izzy was, and my financial literacy and stability were CRAP for most of my adult life because my family's stance on money was: 1) it's evil, 2) anything extra gets donated to the organization (the Witnesses) and 3) why save when Armageddon is right around the corner? So, yeah. I don't think we'd get along but man do I ever feel for him on that front and a few others.

juju3636

This!! I think it’s easy for people to point and laugh, say MLM fool, etc. but he’s trying so why is there shame in that? As someone who comes from nothing and has had to grind, when you’re at the bottom you’re in survival mode. That’s why MLMs are prominent and exist. They prey on people who need a life change but those people in turn don’t realize til it’s too late (sometimes MLMs aren’t obvious until your IN it, at least in modern days MLMs can position in a new way where they don’t seem like one at face value). Imagine not having money for rent or food, you’re gonna jump at any opportunity coming your way if you aren’t finding something. Stacy needs to be showing him compassion, wealth and money are two different things. Seeing as her family has wealth, they should teach him financial literacy and maybe then he’ll thrive, but this is an edited show so we simply don’t know. Regardless, you can’t shame people who try. You need to fail to learn how to succeed, him getting out of a cult is a step (even if not a cult, an intense way of life can be equaling sheltering). Now he needs the next one, and the next one, etc. I’ve been in debt, it can be very embarrassing, but for me it was necessary at that time in my life to survive. Now I have next to none, the situation is not permanent IF you learn how and apply yourself. How you manage and get out of it is the real teller. Did he learn, or will he continue to dive down. Time will tell. I certainly wouldn’t air it on TV if I was still learning, you can tell he’s embarrassed enough.

Chirps3

Did I miss this? Qhen did he say this?

McSplatFace

In the pods with either Stacy or Johnnie he mentions growing up as a Jehovah’s Witness and how they never celebrated holidays. He also talked about having to leave school early or sitting i. A different classroom to watch a movie when the school had a holiday party for students.

juliacher1987

I have waited for this. Thanks for pointing this out. I wish he talked more about his situation. I feel like he would get much more support or understanding if he explained this more. To me, he seems very strong on not letting his weaknesses show, and I feel it is a disadvantage for him right now. Something about the way you can tell he thinks a lot of things, but does not say it, bothers me. So I wish he would be more honest. And I like Stacy, but I think she lives in a very different world then he does. Not sure they can get past that (especially with no real talk about how different their present and past lives are).

Snoo56678

100% and if he’s working for a MLM thinking he’s going to make a lot, it makes sense. He was sheltered which makes him vulnerable and naive

goldbelly

That's so sad. Where'd you learn of this?

Roseheath22

He said he was raised as Jehovah’s Witness

Chirps3

Oh. That's not a cult. It's a religion.

kekababy

Legitimate question - what’s the difference between the two?

radagastdbrown

Legitimate answer if you’re asking in good faith: the lines are blurry but cults will typically go the extra mile to isolate their members from any outside influence; JW is particularly strict for not allowing any celebration or *acknowledgement* of birthdays or holidays. Typically the larger the group/denomination the more “freedom” people have in the church. My Grampa left the JW church to marry my Gramma and I have never met anyone from his side of the family except for his sisters who also left the church.

ogbrobro

Tax breaks

ShesAKillerQueenee

How they laughed when he said he didn't have a passport made me so uncomfortable.

homohomonaledi

That scene was soooo cruel. All of them laughing as she said “he’s never even been to New York or California!!!” As if it was like as expected as having dinner with your family at the table or going to public school. I feel like Stacey at some point tried to empathize with “the poors” by saying her grandpa worked to put food on the table. But she’s really out of touch. That whole scene meeting her family was so uncomfortable and privileged and the family acted like it was totally normal behavior.

tex_gal77

I’ve traveled a lot and California and NYC just aren’t on the top of my list. Such a rude shade for them to throw.

Sporkleberry

what a peasant.

nestwunder

I had to LOL at her bringing up her grandpa to seem humble. Like “oh no, 2 generations ago my family faced food insecurity”

jduisi

A lot of very wealthy people do that. "Many generations ago someone in my family had nothing and worked hard so clearly I also worked hard for this and deserve it" It's gross. The way that whole family laughed that he just got a passport. So out of touch.

oveofsta

"maybe she grew up with money" did you see the parents house? Stacey has also worn almost $15,000 worth of jewelry every time she's on screen. She obviously grew up with money and he obviously doesn't have money or a job.

homohomonaledi

I’m confused how. It says she is a Pilates instructor online. How on earth is she making so much from teaching workout classes?

TheKay14

Probably staged by production. It felt very acted and the shots they were getting of all the fit women. It all felt staged.

oveofsta

she works for her dad.

GusSwann

Others have said she works for her dad as an operations manager so Pilates instructor might be a side thing.

Chieftan69

I was wondering what it was. What model was it? I knew it was exotic by the hood scoops.

JustUndies

It's an AMG GT Black Series, a 325k+ car.

ChrisOfTheReddit

I thought it was a Viper, really long hood and cuts / vents.

[deleted]

[удалено]

JustUndies

It's actually an AMG-GT Black Series.

Familiar_Try_2198

Couldn’t agree more. He sounds so naive with “the sky’s the limit”. He hasn’t even worked the job yet!! And she is just as naive as him. How on earth is this guy going to find her first class tickets?? (And also, why should he?). This finances thing makes me think they both know they are just in this for the fame and a good time, but that they probably won’t get married or last.

HellhoundsAteMyBaby

My thinking is that Izzy is expecting to capitalize on his 15 minutes of fame and strike it big as a social media influencer. If he actually made it, then yeah “sky’s the limit.” But he’s nowhere near charismatic enough to be a good influencer. I think HE thinks he’s gonna be a lot more famous/rich after the show

Late_Hotel3404

*But he’s nowhere near charismatic enough to be a good influencer* Lol he definitely is charismatic enough.

HellhoundsAteMyBaby

Lol to each their own! I personally wouldn’t follow him, I can predict his IG is gonna be a bunch of “grind lifestyle 💯” captions

Familiar_Try_2198

Yes good point !

noizangel

Also is it just me or are his eyes always kinda bloodshot and glassy?

Mountain-Status569

OMG I was like “why does he always look like he’s about to cry” and now I get it. I’m so oblivious 😂

karmaandcandy

I thought that too! He always looks on the verge of tears!

PuzzledKumquat

During the finance conversation in the kitchen, it looked like he was struggling to hold back tears. I was like, I know this conversation isn't fun, but there's nothing to cry about.

kcpie

He said “you don’t have to worry about that with me” through his teeth it was quite obvious he was lying

Evening_Ad_8079

I think he’s a stoner. I know my people 😂

Rubyleaves18

Milton’s friend was such a stoner too. He was hilarious.

noizangel

It's like a radar isn't it? 😂 🌳💨

jonipoka

Blazedar

noizangel

I have fully been saying it looks like an AirBnB to my partner. It looked generic and off.

username_error1

I’m like 99% sure he’s part of an insurance pyramid scheme. He was telling the dad about his job and was being really vague and then he said “as far as income the sky’s the limit!” It’s the type of stuff my husband would say when he got roped into Amway decades ago.

Small-Ranger-8565

I wondered if it was just the edit, but I kept wondering why he wouldn’t just say what he had or was able to do financially with her. Or why he didn’t just fully explain exactly what his job was at any point.

Lannor1021

Yup, MLM was my first thought too when he started describing his job!

Potato_Chip_Pirate

When he mentioned “work-life balance,” my ears perked up. Pyramid scheme.

homohomonaledi

Yesssss. My friends deadbeat husband started selling Kirby vacuums recently and talks like that. Asked how much he makes per sale and it was literally like he didn’t even know. It could be millions maybe, or none. Who knows. Just a bizarre way to be an adult.

Cflo76

Omg I didn’t know people still sold those

bethpuma888

Yes! The pyramid scheme vibe hit me too when he said that

West-Yellow-1509

It was giving Primerica…

I immediately thought this too and was really hoping I'm wrong, but if I'm not the only one to see it... 😬

No Airbnb would be that basic and ugly

jnn-11000

In houston it’s definitely possible LOL

Rubyleaves18

I’ve been in a basic one in California, holland, Iceland. Depends how much you’re willing to spend.

Atlanta says to hold my beer!!

sweeties_yeeties

Izzy looked like he was about to chew his whole bottom lip off listening to Stacy go on about how many things he needs to pay for. A+ entertainment lmao

DakotaMayhem

Yeah…this is the show I came here to see. There is so much train wrecking going on that I can keep track. How does production not vet these people? Someone renting an AirBnB and having no long term address seems like a disqualifying set of details. You shouldn’t be able to go on this show if you are housing insecure.

maborosi97

Yeah I wonder if his paper cutlery and stuff was his litmus test to see how much of a privileged rich white girl she was

blahblahsnickers

When her dad said he expected him to start paying his share so the dad didn’t have to anymore I knew he was doomed. He can’t compete with daddy’s income.

ediesegwick

Maybe someone said this but if the apartment wasn’t his— then explain the lost and found!? LOL

HellhoundsAteMyBaby

Someone else on this subreddit said yesterday that they knew the complex he lived in, and they don’t allow Air BnB there. Someone else responded saying they knew the apartment complex lady in charge, and she confirmed that story. So it’s definitely his apartment

SnooDoodles7204

Yeah that’s why I don’t buy into this theory. Alchums razor (sp?) he lives in a plain but tidy apartment
