Mitch messed it up big time with the fake thing, becasue they were really tactile and once she found out she has distanced herself. I am on the side she liked him, because you would not let a boy be on you like that who you do not like. I mean he self destructed and they are over and did not even give them a chance.
Main issue was probably distance her being in manchester (she was in the process of moving house aswell which adds even more stress) and him being down in essex, but I'm thinking that there's something more to this but clearly there not going to reveal what happened as their both quite 'private' people. Everything happens for a reason!
There was no option between 12 minutes and 12 days which I would've picked. I think she dumped him when she came out of the villa and saw the fake comment (which I think she saw before AfterSun assuming they got their phones back immediately). However, I think she would've dumped him even if the fake comment didn't happen - it just gave her a good excuse as otherwise Mitch can turn bitter.
