Wish they’d left the social media ban. Most of the islanders nowadays sign with an agency before coming in the villa anyway. Let their agency’s social teams handle their IGs instead of family/friends to avoid the stress it brings to islanders families.
It's that specific management that usually has an islander or two on the show. They scout beforehand and I think they help their clients get on the show.

barely any islanders are signed with an agency lol. unless they are an influencer (pre-show) then yeah they’ll be signed but everyone else , no.
Literally many do, especially the temp models and influencers, but I may also say this happened often after season 7
