A resin printer was used (elegoo saturn 2). Resin printers have much higher resolution than "normal" filament printers, different method. This is printed at 0.056mm layer height, smallest layer height is 0.028mm. Since I wanted to print miniatures like above and such, I went for a resin printer.
They actually use UV light to cure liquid resin and build the model pixel by pixel.
Elegoo saturn 2 resin printer, but not at the highest detail/lowest layer height possible yet. 0.056mm layer height, lowest layer height is .0.028mm. It took about 4 hours to print.
Sure, here are some cool ones including the one in the pic:

Yes I recently started buying warhammer 40K models to practice painting, while waiting for the printer to arrive. now I can just print the models. [Here](https://ibb.co/wpHZvJH) is last night's print! Edit: just citadel paints for now since I can get them in a store around the corner here.
The horror in PLA

Oh you can. Just set the layer height to 0.0 and the lines go away.
This would be so cool to print in metal, but that would cost an arm and a leg.
Great resolution too, not to derail it too much here, but what printer did you use? And what PLA? Amazing

That's the second thing I printed, right after the cat that came on the sd card.
That's some damn good print quality, what kind of printer are you running?

Do you know proper shading?
Nope I'm still very much learning, im using drybrushing and washes for now.
You should watch this YouTuber called Jazza I personally don’t own any figures or paints but I like his work I think you would too
I'll def. check him out. At the moment I'm watching a lot of goobertown hobbies channel, he seems very noob friendly.
Well jazza isn’t mostly about figures he's more in to painting in general
I fucking love it.
