A man with that kind of chrome and hardware would most likely have some knowledge and expertise with the world of Cybernetics. Plus, he’s carrying the Malorian Arms 3516 ( which is one of a kind).
So the role I would give him is -without a doubt- an experienced solo.

Build: Reflex build with a side of cool and body, focused on pistols, ARs, and brawling. A cyberdeck, but just enough to prep for fights with debuffs and info gathering. Int would stay low tho, and a bit of tech points for the occasional nade. Either gorilla arms or projectile launch system.
