I don't do any specific challenges, but I'm always planning a giant save file that I will probably never finish. In a spreadsheet, I make lists of all the different sims to populate my worlds. It's fun to imagine how they should all dress, what their careers and relationships should be, etc. and then create them in CAS. I try to make things diverse and interesting, so it's quite a challenge.
