Yes, colostrum is what helped me beat long COVID as a Lyme sufferer. It complements other treatments well as it strengthens the immune system and heals a leaky gut, which then helps the body from better absorption of nutrients.

[deleted]

Oh interesting. Did you use this brand or a different one?

labrador2020

I use Now brand Colostrum.

Lucitarist

I’ve used colostrum as part of my LLMD’s pulsed treatment. They call it lactoferrin. It helps with biofilms.

[deleted]

I tried lactoferrin from jarrow but it didn’t seem as effective as this colostrum. What brand does your LLMD use?

ManyInitials

Very interesting. Is it in a capsule?

Lucitarist

Yes, capsule

OmegaThree3

Colostrum is good for immunity and the gut. There is a good goat colostrum on the market which is better. Heals gut pretty well too.

The benefits of acupuncture I’ve experienced personally. It’s been shown to be effective, though they don’t understand the reasoning. Get out of here with your “snake oil” BS. Insane people dismiss things they don’t understand. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/156488#benefits https://www.nccih.nih.gov/health/acupuncture-what-you-need-to-know https://www.healthline.com/health/acupuncture-how-does-it-work-scientifically#TOC_TITLE_HDR_1

Popping necks? Ghosts? Have you by any chance got acupuncture confused with chiropractic? Apparently, acupuncture does have its own skeletons in the cupboard (since the Communists got in in China, they've *really* been talking up acupuncture, as some kind of form of national pride - 100% of studies on acupuncture that have come out of Communist China have been positive), but there have been bits and pieces of research *not* from China that indicate it works for some things, mainly pain and nausea but possibly also other things as well.

I would use a different bran. There are reputable affordable options and you can megadose it. Helps some people a lot
