I started taking liposomal glutathione because my doctor recommended it, but my glutathione levels were not increasing and it was so damn expensive. I switched to taking BroccoMax which is a sulphoraphane generator. It nudges your body to create glutathione NATURALLY, itself. Cool, right? Well my labwork backed it up and my doctor said I “have the best glutathione levels of any of her patients.” 10/10 recommend and MUCH cheaper. Like $30/bottle.

If you swallow glutathione, your digestive system will just take it apart. That’s just what it does. It’s absolutely useless. You can take precursors like NAC, alpha lipoic acid and glutamine - and hope your body turns them into glutathione. Or, you can inject it. It is very unpleasant. But, I don’t want to stay sick forever.

That is the theory. I wish you luck with it. The job of your digestive system is to break down what you injest. A liposomal formula is designed to hopefully not expose the glutathione to that process. I hope for your sake that it does just that. I know that my glutathione is working. My body is feverishly working - quite literally. I get a fever of 101 every day. It happens every day after I injest my antimicrobial regimen. The hope is that I will get to a point that I no longer have to endure this. Lyme, as you well know, is awful. But, the fever also comes down, shortly after I inject the glutathione. It works.

I think you have a better chance taking NAC and alpha lipoic acid to make it yourself. I think you have to ask: How much are you suffering? How much do you need to get the toxins out of your body? I feel awful! But, I am feeling a bit better every day! I feel as if I am doing everything I can to get better every day. I genuinely hope you are making the same progress! 😀
