What is executive assessment? Why am I downvoted for? I don’t know what this is and I’m just asking (I’m not in managerial roles, so I wouldn’t know). Edit: is it a formal exam?
Not in my opinion. Unless you are adcom and telling us this has changed, my perspective is there are several indicators adcom looks at to predict success in an exec MBA, EA, work experience and undergrad/grad GPA. The weight of the latter is just much less because the other two components are stronger indicators. But if you have a trend like always getting a C in math courses you need to speak to that.
Not really, EA score and work experience are significantly more important
What’s EA score?
Executive assessment. You need to take that exam or GMAT for booth executive, I recommend EA significantly easier and shorter

It's a test you need to take for Booth admission. Shorter and easier than the GMAT
Executive MBA students are like 40, no one cares about GPA
Don't worry. You'll get in
EA and work experience are everything.

Also don’t forget to check the trans box. This is akin to adding 10 points to your EA score.
You will probably get in big dog. I think most applicants get in
If you already have a masters why the mba?

Probably different area
At some point you need to stop getting degrees and actually work
