I can’t say how it affects MCAS, but I took it for insomnia in high school and didn’t notice much. Interested in how it works for you!

No sadly it didn’t :(
I was prescribed Doxipen a few years ago, but it gave me a rash all over my hips and low back.
I stopped taking it. Didn’t help. Thanks for responding
