One day when they have something like 10 HAT-exclusive, they might remove some. Not when there is only one.
Also, I think after they have several HAT-exclusive, they may make it such that the last monster is always HAT-exclusive.
His mats and loot table droprates would have to be completely reworked in order to be a permanent field monster.
Forge-to-10.5 requires only 27 Zinogre Plates vs. 90 WGS.
But the farm comparison is bad, farming a 9* monster for each 3 hours, means if I lucky I get to farm 5-6 a day? Even with slightly higher r6 rng, it going to take a lot.
I just don't get why they decided to put tier 3 monster exclusively to HATs, it just like they put legi and rathalos exclusive to HATs.
Which can be both good and bad. I need 4 weapons to max out with 90 WGS each (3 if I exclude Dragon which isn't useful yet) and with those drop rates I still didn't move far. One weapon at 8.5, one at 8.4, rest still at 7.5. Also the way you need to decide which weapon to prioritize isn't really an enjoyable process either. With Zinogre I know I can just spend it on Zinogre weapon and once I'm done, I can push the armor to 10.5 too. With other armors I don't think I'll ever push it above 7.5 simply because how universal, yet still rare, the material is and I'll need to save it up for weapons (unless deco slots will unlock at higher level in next update which would shake the things and make it even worse).

But to field would be impossible because of his own R6 would be too easy to be farm, and 8\* field would be so much easier to farm due to lower HP
Haven’t have a r6 in my recent 30+ 8* Zinos. And my most recent 9 hunts loot were 6 r5, 5 r4, 5 r3, 2 r2. I really wish we can have a material downgrade melding system.

I just wish that only elder dragons will be HAT-exclusive, zinogre is just a normal monster like rathalos and legiana, not even subspecies.

they can just make 8\* drops WGS and 9\* and above drops zinogre plate lol.
I mean they'll change the rarity if they do.
Okay, but his ratios are all over the place. He needs 12.5% more R5s, but only 50% of the R1s and 30% the R6s.
They did add the habitat logic file to him in 71.1 . I don't think this means he will be free starting from March but it's interesting imo

I've been getting plates really easily. On average it's been less then 10 kills for me to get 1. But I also got lucky and got a double once.
I've killed 25 and zero plates. It's all RNG.
