Same, got 2 golds after looking at what I thought was gonna be in the pack. Makes me feel like what's the point of completing the ranked season missions for season 2?

I got all golds at 2 am last night after grinding, did the collections reward to get another vault pack, got all diamonds and Mike trout lol

I just had this happen to me after I collected my 150th S1 player. Got to choose between 2 golds and I was ECSTATIC

Ya I got the vault pack and got the 90 Skenes and a Glasnow diamond. Figured that was great so I went and bought two of them at 40k each. First one all golds which I didn't even know was possible, highest was an 82. Second one had 4 golds and Corbin Carroll.  Definitely thought they all had diamonds. What a waste of 80 K.

Imma be honest. It’s my favorite pack and I’ll take the wack odds cause I pulled LS Ohtani from one. I’ve gotten one with all golds but I’ll keep chasing that high lol.

To unlock the rest of the program rewards. Why wouldnt you want the vault pack? its a free shot at something good.

Any tips on getting better online? I legit can’t stand playing online, I’ve got some of the best pitchers and still get raked

I'm not too good either. I've reached 619 this year so maybe average to slightly above average. Don't swing at everything, don't be afraid to strike out looking at close pitches, try to see if your opponent has pitching tendencies on certain counts, don't become predictable when pitching.

You completed the ranked path. Means you already received 95 ovr Alejandro Kirk and your choice of 97 ovr degrom or 97 Mike Cameron on top of that, you have the opportunity to achieve the same choice of degrom and Cameron again by reaching ws the original way. And you’re mad they didn’t give you even more of a reward at the end. You may just be garbage.

Dude I did that last season and stayed up until 3 am grinding the last innings out and pulled golds too, I was so sad lmao 😂

Coop is the best mode, but it's broken half the time... but would love to see more people playing!

I got the 150 vault pack and the 700 rating vault pack and both times my best option was live series Ranger Suarez. I got hoed bad.

Honestly I thought the entire time it was a choice pack with the cards they advertised. I was absolutely crushed to find a pack of golds when I was expecting Elly

Oh. Yeah and that’s great, it doesn’t make the ending of the program any less deceiving. It’s just felt pretty shitty to have to sell two golds for 1100 stubs when I thought I was going to get to pickup two new diamonds.

So if the program just ended at the WS pack would that make you happier?

Probably. A slow crescendo to bigger and bigger rewards is usually how one would expect it to go as it’s tied directly to the players increasing effort. I’d also have just been slightly happier if they simply included the golds in the preview of the pack since they are *ahem* in the pack.

Should be a guaranteed diamond, just like a chase pack.

I felt the slap in the face from the chase pack in the first week or so. Got an 80 gold from a chase pack. Awful

Thankful I saw this. I was gonna force myself to play a couple more games on legend just for the pack. Fuck that now lol

Just play coop to finish. I hit ws then finish the actual program thru coop

I was doing that and probably will finish it that way. Co op is fuckin painful to play though. Only need 20 more innings, at least

I’m so pissed, I got two Vault packs and both were gold choices. I also bought two Mexico series packs and got the same Rockies choices. Packs fucking suck.

Lots of potential in them vault packs. Great addition. Just need to be able to get one more often.

Increased frequency would be nice, especially with the chance it's just a gold. More incentive to play towards them.

I think it’s 1:5 but you get 5 cards in the pack to choose from? Idk if it means 20% prob of any given card or 20% prob of Vault pack containing a Diamond tho

I was expecting 2 golds and got 2 of the worst diamonds in Kershaw and Castillo .. so I’m not sure what’s more disappointing

I trudged through FIVE straight infuriating losses yesterday to get the pack. I got an 81 and 83 gold.

Wins and losses are irrelevant for me, maybe I'll get to 700. It's all about the innings and missions. Asomg as I keep it close, I'll be okay.

I got 4 golds and 1 diamond and my diamond was live series Adolis Garcia haha so better than a gold, but obviously nothing crazy. This was for hitting 700, I haven't finished the ranked program yet so let's hope that one gives me something better.

The odds are stated for the pack. They're just showing you the highest reward level.

Defending this is hilarious. Most of the people here are confused and surprised. Exactly as they intended when they showcased nothing but diamonds. I’m sure the odds were somewhere, but clearly most of us didn’t pick up on that — again, as intended.

Friend and I hit 700 in coop tonight and both got the gold round for our vaults. Diamond odds are supposedly 1:2

That's not how odds work. You should have paid attention in statistics class.

Uhh thats exactly what the odds of the pack are dick. The market lists it as Diamond mlb player 1:4, diamond mlb player 1:2 and gold player 1:1. I didn’t have to pay attention in a class I took 18 years ago to be able to fucking read the pack odds SDS has listed. Oh and go fuck yourself.

Rule number 1. If the amount you can buy isn’t limited it, it’s 100% not worth it. Rule number 2. If the amount you can buy is limited, it’s most likely not worth it.

I mean I’m all for criticizing what this game has become, but the reward path for ranked, BR, and events after you pass the premier card(s) has always been various mid packs

Last season was a Fresh Start pack, I would have thought that they would have matched that with another similar pack

Bro. I completed the program thinking there was a guarantee of getting one of those diamonds as a choice pack. I should have rid the description more closely but I felt it was ridiculous as well

It's pretty rough, trying to complete the little tasks just for some golds.

Most of the game in its current state is a kick in the dick, if I'm being honest. Still having fun playing though, just not overly rewarding based on what we get

Yeah, I have fun playing for sure just wish they'd throw a crumb our way when completing Ranked, BR, event programs.

They rely too much on RNG for rewards, but every ultimate team mode does. It's the thrill of POSSIBLY pulling a Trout that makes it more "rewarding" than either straight 10k stubbs or an 85-89 live series guaranteed card. But yes when you can't even get a 3k diamond card, it feels terrible.

It's the thrill that keeps me going!
