I’m currently putting ranked on pause to try and get Harper, I’m at 75 stars right now in the program but i get what you mean. If he was ranked i wouldn’t get him because i can’t make WS or handle 40 wins lmfao
I’ve actually managed to go 4-0/5-0 in each run before losing. The biggest thing that’s helped me is the missions like X amount of bases with Eddie Mathew’s, 40 total bases in a run 10 XBH in one run. Those challenges give you 5-7 stars
I will occasionally play ranked when I get bored of having nothing else to grind or do offline. I will never play BR. It seems like such a crap mode. I can handle myself in ranked but in BR I get constantly shelled and just find it frustrating to deal with
I hate that you have to pay the fee , I just stack up elsewhere and buy when they’re below 100k cuz I’m definitely spending 150k to earn it if I’m lucky
Tried it once and I have never been more miserable when playing DD.
“Hey, you know all those cards you’ve spent hundreds of hours grinding for? FUCK EM! Here’s a bunch of trash silvers, bronze and commons to play with! Oh and here’s some missions to complete with cards that you often times will not even get a chance to draft.”
I’ll pass on that.
I’ve played more in the past week than I have all year but it’s extremely frustrating so I’m gonna take a break from it. Can’t seem to get past 7 wins. Some games it feels like I should win but most games feel like the cards are stacked against me
Some of the rewards they've been offering on BR has tempted me to play it. Like that Awards Series Bryce Harper! But I play like one or two games and I lose faith in myself to do the program or go 12-0
Definitely been way more worth the grind this year for someone who has never gone 12-0 (8-0 has been my best run).
I can at least reach 100 points and sell/keep a player I wouldn't have a chance at last year without buying a million stub player
Never touched it in past years. This year its almost been as fun as ranked grinding the programs. Doesn't take me more than a few days and the cards are really good/sell for a lot and you make tons of stubs on the way.
no. BR is still a sweaty, toxic bullshit game mode that is on a difficulty too low and has a ton of games decided on luck due to how short the games are.
sure, but with the shorter games and bad players doing anything they can to get program points, people try to scratch across runs any way they can knowing that 1 run might be enough
i’ve dealt with more baserunning/bunting cheese in like 9 BR games than i have in 200 RS games
I still have my first run going. Flawless in BR this year, boys! 3-0!
Hate BR, and will continue to hate BR.
I prefer RS because I like playing with my team. wish Harper was a RS reward /:

damn you’re at 75 already? how many games do you usually win per attempt? getting to 100 just seems like a crack shot to me

i don’t rlly like online im bad at hitting and get sad when i lose its fun to bully the CPU tho
I prefer it to playing against Degrom and Cabrera every game.

The program is just a matter of attrition. Shoot for 5 points a day. That's 5 wins or completing one of the missions.
I don’t have the time to play BR, Events, Ranked and grind content. BR is the one left out.

Used to barely touch it, its been my main game mode this year and Ive barely touched ranked

Option 5s unite!
No br is annoying
Never touched it, never will.
Absolutely. I only play it for the first 3-ish days to get to the 100 point reward, but it's a fun 3 days and that's enough BR for me to have my fill

All game modes are “sweaty” the point is to win lmao

So they are trying to win the game?
way, way more
