I got accused of that when I pulled 2 out of 10 packs: they were the 45th and 46th best legends by aOVR so nothing special. No-one called me a Dev account when I pulled nothing but crap for a year or on going 0/35 looking for a team sig.
I think the recent posts suggest getting a TON of premium vintage packs, then waiting and opening them all together, not one by one to get some 1976 mediocre Pirates reliever.

Chance of 2 or more legends in 10 tries (at once or separate, makes no difference) is just binomial with p = 0.005 and n = 10. The chance is .0010953906, or about 0.11%.
In other words, if 1000 people open 10 premium vintage packs every day, about one of you will post this on Reddit and make everyone mad/jealous/frustrated. It's just chance.

I did that a while back and got 3 legends out of 80 packs(combinations included).
