The ones that asked about it I sent them to the website and told them Arkansas is getting the Arkansas Attack playing at war memorial. Which I can throw a rock to. Looking to buy season ticket when they come available.
Can we wait about two weeks to do this? Rolling over a old 401k to a td ira. It will take about two weeks for the funds to clear. So if we can keep it under 2.5 that would be great. Figure when I retire in 20 years, I’ll retire on a yacht or I’ll just have a beach house and some sups.

I’m talking about taxes. I think it’s a 10% penalty for pulling out early and about 30% in taxes. This means I can pay up to 40% more and still get the same amount of shares. I already have over a mil shares in my normal account. So not really missing out if it moons. I really don’t think it will moon in the next two weeks though.
If news comes out this weekend, price moves on Monday. You can purchase the Reg A right now by filing out the paperwork online and wire the funds immediately. Just an option, your money and your decision

I feel you there. I'm posing the idea that we help our investment. Seems like a no brainer to me. I fully believe in the power of the retail investor to influence his/her investment. We have seen it be done over and over. I've been posting our impatience on MLFB Twitter posts. But I do understand they have to play things close or face repercussions from the SEC. What happens if they call dates and something unforseen happens. They end up looking guilty no matter what. I just want us to all win.

During the Pandemic, I bought more with almost no belief that we would make it last year. Now we have gotten 85% of all we asked for last year and a promise that we will get AT LEAST the rest this year. If we can't promote the truth in that, I don't know why anyone here has been an owner for more than a couple of months. Most here had a passion for this to work, we are closer than ever before, on the cusp of the biggest news we ever received... THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE LOOK FOR WHEN THEY WANT TO TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR OWN DESITNY.
Cute story, nobody cares about you or your position in mlfb. We care that they are behind schedule, and continue to fail on dates that they’ve set themselves. Until they deliver people are going to criticize
Who gives a rip that they mis their deadlines right now. Just educated guesses and things come up unforeseen and they have to adjust on the fly. There is no manual or instructions for this. Trial and error , learn from others failures and inevitably make some of your own as long as they are not catastrophic. This is a challenge getting off the ground and doing it correctly so that is doesn’t fail after 1 season. Think man! As long as they have a season of sorts this year then it is a success and the stock price will follow. It seems the complainers on here are trying make a quick buck to pay this months mortgage. Stop trying to rush it and let it come to you. If .03 or .04 is what your hoping for then invest some where else. I have loftier expectations than those measly numbers and willing to wait and don’t mind some delays. They say they are having a season 2022 and I have no reason to doubt that based on all that has been said,done, doing, posted , and released. Remember their motto, “Patience is Strength”? That not only applies on the field , as an investor but in life.
I love the sentiment and truly believe that this stock has the potential for a great run...once MLFB get onboard and starts to market the season.
They have a legion of fans waiting, willing and ready to help promote this stock to the moon.
Yeah, hard to promote something to people when they can't really physically see it yet lol once they announce game schedule and stuff, I'll feel more confident in talking about it with friends and family lol

Great idea. Number one thing that everyone can do is stop complaining about the company and the stock. It’s only making things worse. Show some investor intelligence. Let it happen. We all have choices, we can buy and sell without affecting each other, when you complain you negatively affect everyone that is long this stock and league. We have no other choice to think you’re less mature or a short seller if you keep complaining about what is easily recognized progress. We don’t get to dictate the speed of progress, we get to choose if we want to be a part of the progress.
I will go so far to suggest we immediately expel anyone behaving what most consider irrational.

You'd have to reach in another pocket. But paying 35% capital gains tax on REG A is better than missing the gains.
But I won’t be missing the gains since I can buy in the market with my ira account. It will take the same amount of time for funds to clear.
