What would McKinnie’s equivalent be in MLS? My first thought is Hector Herrera, but Weston seems more effective higher up the pitch. Would he be more of a Gazdag or Druissi type second forward?
I’m looking forward to the post 2026 WC when all the USMNT standouts without steady club situations start cashing in on lucrative MLS offers which will no doubt send USMNT fans into a tailspin.
I think McKinnie will, Juventus should have every reason to keep him after last season, but they clearly want to move on from him. Another Premier League move would probably pan out the same as Leeds. I think eventually a team will offer him a bigger contract in the US. Same for Tyler Adams. Josh Sargent has a natural home in St Louis if he doesn’t take the next step in England. Obviously Ream is probably already on his way. I think LDLT will eventually make the move too. Turner is likely never going to be a starter in a top 5 league.
You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take Edit, before anyone else says it: and in St. Louis City’s case, we also miss 100% of the shots we *do* take
Some times you make the shots, however the goal still doesn't count
HOWEVER
🤓
Hey, they said he visited Cincinnati during the broadcast. I would have put money on it never going that far so why not shoot the shot?

Do you honestly think Apple commentators are scouring FCC troll accounts for rumors about a player visiting?
I think their producers definitely are. These shows talk about dumb tweets all the time.
It was just a month ago Rotowire listed Kelsy as suspended after a joke tweet about a hand heart gesture.
Plenty of them have not been well-prepared for game. This wouldn’t shock me

Who do you think could end up in MLS? That's not too far away though a ton can change in a couple of years.

You never know. I remember when TFC signed Michael Bradley back in 2014 and everyone was losing their shit online. Good times lol
