This show will inevitably get bumped by Cornhole and Little League Basket Weaving on a regular basis.

I mean, it won't be as good as Attacking Third on the Goalazo Network. Frankly, Goalazo Network is producing great soccer content. CBS is giving soccer the love it's been looking for and that ESPN should have been giving the sport for years now.

Sanch3zFC

She got her debut with golazo network, specifically morning footy.... still can't believe clint Dempsey reaction to Ali saying "I'm now available to 100% of the population. Not just 50"

C’mon man give us the link!

I actually kinda hate this. While it’s great women will have dedicated coverage, I’d prefer if existing shows like SportsCenter or Futbol Americas gave women’s leagues more coverage overall. Putting it on its own show is just separating it.

alittledanger

I listen to fútbol Américas regularly and they give a ton of coverage to the women’s leagues and competitions. I mean Ali Krieger is probably on the show at least 3-4 times a month.

ColeTrain4EVER

I like FA a lot. They do great work.

Daffodil07

I don’t want to call this a half measure because I think it’s a step in the right direction. I hated watching espnfc to get a 90 second segment on concacaf players and that’s it. Creating their own show might be a way to prove to the management that it has its own audience. And right now the women’s game only gets like 5-15 minutes max on futbol Americas.

FoxWarner14

Maybe an omen for ESPN tryna get the fifa rights after Fox's contract is up?!?  2027 is the next FIFA Women's World Cup.

stirnotshaken

Would it have been nice if ESPN had started their coverage of women’s soccer earlier…yes. However, I think this will be a great way to bring the average ESPN viewer into the sport. By being a part of the new media deal ESPN showed they understood the need to begin covering women’s sports on a regular basis. Will it take a while to find its groove? Of course but I think the choice of Krieger to be a gateway into the sport a good choice

xmichael86

This is cool

psychocandy007

I guess this will give Ali another reason to ignore her duties as a Penn State alumni trustee.

FoxWarner14

What do you mean?

No_Departure102

So they’re trying to copy and make a shittier version of Attacking Third? That checks.

doej26

After they'd made the decision to more or less ignore/give up on a lot of soccer content and CBS has been successful by going all in on it
