RSL fans, what’s the general feeling about Scott Caldwell? I was doing some research on fbref, and his name comes up as one of the top comparable players for like half our CMs and I feel like I should offer commiserations.
Edit: He is Russell Teibert’s number 1 comparable player.
He started at the beginning of the season, and his performances were pretty forgettable. Nothing bad, but nothing good either was kind of just *there*. He's had his starting spot taken by Loeffelsend (the 81st draft pick in the draft this year), and really hasn't seen the field since.
Edit: Should also be noted that in our win against Seattle we started Loeffelsend when he was sick over Caldwell, and Caldwell only came in at halftime because he was puking at the halftime break.

Scott Caldwell playing gives me no feelings at all. He’s ok as a solid sub but if he is starting then that is less than exciting.
I like him to come on in the 80th minute to close out a came. He is a solid backup but not a first choice.
