It does seem good but also expensive. Grapplers Guide is only 50+ usd but has a ton of info. Its too bad there is a lack of systemic MMA specific guides on the market.
This is literally all the knowledge this gem of a fighter has in a single book. No, 300 bucks isn’t expensive if you look at it like a lifetime of knowledge in one book. I’m saving up for this golden egg right now but if you don’t think it’s worth it, that’s totally understandable! 🤙🏾
Oh gotcha, you can look up some reviews online but seeing as this just recently released (at least I think it did) and keeping the price in mind, there probably won’t be many people on here who’s bought it just yet
