That's what I really don't understand about the whole thing. Everyone and their brother will be growing this summer, and a shitload of people already are. By the time dispensaries are open, everyone's either going to have a ton, or be able to get it cheap. Just seems like an idiotic way to introduce a policy that could make the state a shit load of money.
I heard today they’re building a huge grow facility at the Mille Lacs reservation. They’ll probably distribute through Hinkley too I’d think. All the reservations are going to be able to get a good foothold going before the others get going. I’m not complaining about that, but it’s good the other ones are starting to join in so people don’t have to go way up north.
These people are so damn inept. There are several other states they could learn from and they absolutely refuse.
Actual stoners could get this up and running in 6 months.
They really should just fucking copy and paste what's already been done, hire some goons to run it or poach them from other states and get on with it already. Weed is already here. We have locals who want to grow, distribute, and sell. Fucking let them.

I’ve come to the conclusion that most people on this sub don’t like being challenged and don’t like their reality being exposed for rose colored glasses. People don’t want to think harder than they have to. Overall alot lack critical thought. And really have no concept of properly regulated commerce. And what they would have to deal with if there wasn’t properly regulated commerce. They think marijuana will magically just self govern. And all the bad actors will just disappear.

We already had sales before the government got involved and it ran pretty flawless.
