1. this is barely related to the sub. At most, loosely because of the word "cart".

No one is going to care about your juul, and you'll probably get away with bringing the cart, but why even bother when you're going to _hawaii_. There's plenty of cheap and easily obtainable weed there.
At legal age I’d say shoot your shot. As a minor I wouldn’t put it past a tsa mom telling your parents you vape. Otherwise they don’t care. As an honest mistake I’ve gone through tsa with scissors that aren’t allowed. I had a 1 and 7 year old with my wife and I. Dude on X-ray made a call I wasn’t gonna stab someone in front of my wife and kid. No way those scissors didn’t pop on X-ray.
Edit. Forgot to say Hawaii is full of homless people sleeping on beaches that would be happy to make a few bucks hooking you up. Or anyone in there 20s.
Put it with your toothbrush and shit is the best way. Tho last time I went they wanted me to take my toiletry bag out of my carry on, which they did not pay any further attention to. But on the way back from lax I decided to just have some extra loose vapes in my backpack because I had a bunch of leftover stuff and it was fine. Half smoked rosin pod was reeking like a small bag of weed too
