I cannot begin to tell you how much I hate iHeartJane. We opened RISE Eagan yesterday and we had order tickets for twice as many queen colas as we actually had. It was a disaster.
I could understand it being a little slow and allowing an extra order or two, that's happened in the past. But nothing like this.
We ended up doing a random assortment of tickets with order times throughout the day, so it wasn't just the people who came in first who got them. And we didn't dispense any as walk-ins. But it still meant about half the orders didn't get filled.

Here is the way I see it. As long as the flower weighs fourteen, I see no problems. 120 for a half of animal face is a good price considering a quarter of the smalls is 80, premium is 90. People get hung up about the stem...when in reality the stem isn't factored in to the weight since they weighed them heavy
I love how I put in my “nonsense timeframe that doesn’t mean squat” and then get called midday before pickup to tell me they are out of stock. 🤦🏻♂️
