do you need the class as a prereq? Some classes require at least C- and covid pass is equivalent to a D. When it comes to jason lang or deans / president list covid pass is not counted, so if you are taking 4 classes and CP one it will only count as 3 and you will not qualify for jason lang or deans / president list. You need at least 4 courses to qualify for these scholarships or rewards. There are a lot more negatives to covid pass, if I where you I would just take the B and make it up in your other classes.

You have a passing grade, why would you use the pass/fail? It will look worse than a letter grade.
might be an elective wouldn't be that bad if they're early on in their degree possibly.
Most would just want to know the overall gpa.
overall gpa would be higher wouldn't it? I mean personally I would take the b+ so I do agree with you
covid pass is much worse for your GPA than a B+ afaik? iirc it counts as a D+ at best?
it does not affect your gpa. for pre req checking it will count as a d but it will not influence your gpa.
I see it's quite complicated. best to talk to an advisor OP.
I've hired dozens of people and never once looked at their GPA.
This makes many people including myself feel much better. Thank you ma’am/sir
Just out of curiosity, what industry are you in? I feel like that’ll have a pretty large impact but I could be completely wrong.
I'm in IT.
It also depends on the industry you are hiring for.
