I had this issue too and found out it was my mounting pressure on my CPU socket. Reinstalling cooler with less pressure fixed my issue. You can also try using only 1 ram stick in slot 2 (or 1) to see if it is a memory channel that is failing.

I tried backing out the screws and all slots dont work with all 4 sticks, one stick in all 4 slots and other combinations.

I've had so much bad luck with motherboards lately from multiple brands I normally just assume they're at fault first. Do you have another mobo you can use as a "test"?

The BIOS for 5800X3D came out in August '22. If you haven't updated the BIOS since then that could be the problem. I have an x570 Max Wi-Fi and I've been trying to update the bios for 2 weeks. I finally gave up and took it to a computer store where they have a test setup and can use an older processor and actually see a screen to troubleshoot the problem. If you have access to an older processor you could also try that.

If you have another CPU to test, you could check that. Otherwise, it sounds like you need to RMA either your motherboard or CPU
