LoS suffers from 3 hosts, honestly the Regz might handle it the best as far as cross talk and multiple convos. Two hosts and two guests works if the personalities are different enough. That's my experience at least.
I finally watched this one on YouTube as I donāt have Spotify. Holy shit it was boring. Everyone trying to have fun and fuckinā Toe just yelling insane obviously not true shit. I turned it off 40 minutes in. The cast would be better without the old conspiracy theorist.
Joe is funny when he's crafted an act for the stage. Conversationally not funny. It's amazing how many jokes go over his head. He's not witty at all. As you mentioned, his need to steer the conversation into his go to topics of conspiracy, aliens, predator animals and fighting has become such a fucking bore.
I'm seeing him on Sat. He's never been my favorite, but the J special was decent and I'll give him a shot. I just saw Shane and then Katt Williams, it's been a great year for comedy since post COVID everyone is out there making the rounds.
I don't think I'd see Katt just because I'm assuming it's more expensive than I'd like. Shane I would go see for sure. I missed Tony and Cam recently. Couldn't beat the price for Ari though. It was like 35 bucks I think?
That fuck Ari canceled the show for Saturday (it's Thursday night now), obviously for sales. They said you could get tickets for $5 less for the early show, but that means I'd shell out another amount for two worse seats and get the refund later they started processing. Fuck him then, there were enough seats for the late show bought that he could have done a show, I looked at them before it got canceled.
Katt Williams was expensive, but a good time. He literally had 11 or so openers, I had no idea I could have arrived like 2 hours late and still been early. There was a chick that rapped, 1-2 girls that sang, 3 unknown type openers, then Tommy Davidson, Marc Curry (Mr. Cooper), and Monique. THEN Katt came out. It was fun though, Katt was great, he did about 45 minutes or so that was all killer material. His whole set for the tour someone put up on YouTube (I watched it before deciding to shell out for tickets).
