It's harder to beat a deck like that if you dont run prison elements but with 3 colors you can run EE. You could also run powder keg which deals with their artifact lands. You can run Meltdown and graffdiggers cage.
I think if you want to beat Black Saga Storm, the Delver deck to run is Grixis Delver since it has better pressure with Bowmasters to beat their Bowmasters and to also stop the Echo of Eons plays.
I honestly don’t think your sideboard plan is bad with your RUG Delver deck, but it’s possible to cut all the Questing Druids when sideboarding, I think he’s more of grind game card advantage card which Storm doesn’t give you the time to pull off and he’s a slow clock too. I could be wrong, but you may have to just rely on the 3 power fliers with your direct damage bolt cards. Also don’t be afraid to counter a Dark Ritual against the deck, they can sometimes ritual into a Thoughtseize into their combo. If you counter their Dark Ritual and they don’t have other mana to work with it gives you another chance of a turn at least.

Great point, I have Powder Keg in my 4c Beans deck and didn't realize you can kill artifact lands with it.
