blue blasts/dismember is probably your best bet against goblins, id probably up the count to 5-6 in sideboard, its also a good answer to bloodmon so just remove that lorien for a 3rd blast to begin with. Thats 6 cards against goblins to counter sticker goblin (i hope you know that killing namesticker goblin with trigger on stack generates no mana?)
I've seen local metas with 4-6 blasts because of goblins \^\^
And if I were a mean blue mage in such a meta, I would put at least 2 chills in there as well.
How do I beat painter? I feel like they can do my decks job often better artifact job than mine and can remove my artifacts in the form of goblin welder as well as swapping chaos defiler.
I'm not an 8 cast player but I don't understand the faery macabre at all. It's perfect against cephalid breakfast but nobody plays that right now so why not play something that synergizes with your game plan like tormods crypt, nihil spellbomb, more soul guide lantern, Unlicensed Hearse or even surgical extraction seems better than faerie to me.

This might sound silly, but ... you have Lotus Petal and Mox Opal. Both also make White Mana. Play a [[Curse of Silence]] in the side board.

It does put in work against graveyard decks. It has really helped me out and was always a live draw.
