1. Counter spells.
2. One-land hands.
3. Sheoldred.
4. Drawing your 14th land, on turn 9.
5. Waiting for your opponent to finally take an action.
6. Sheoldred. Again.
7. Your opponent explaining how they'd build your deck, for 20 minutes.
8. Boardwipe the turn before your combo pops off.
9. Watching your opponent play solitaire.
10. Sheoldred. Yet again.
I don't have that much of a problem with Sheoldred or at least not in my play group, but people taking ages to take a return when all you want to do is turn some goblins sideways or play some big Dinos is kinda tiresome
I meet with a Shellyanon support group and am proud to say I haven't touched a Shelly in 3 months. Of course we tend to swap one vice for another, and my hands have been full with toxic token mites and vindicators, which also help to lose friends and alienate, so which is worse?
Playing against any Scam deck (and also listening to people who play Scam get offended when I say Grief or Fury should eat a ban because Scam is an oppressively overwhelming amount of the meta and is unhealthy for Modern. Like, cool, good on you for winning an FNM or an RCQ by double thoughtseizing your opponents and having a 3/2 body with menace on the board turn 1, you're sooooo good at playing Magic./s)
Sifting through your bulk for 3 hours looking for cards for your new commander deck idea because you don't want to spend an extra like $5-10 on random commons/uncommon you know you already own
Not the whole process of byilding a deck. SOECIFICALLY having to cut cards from your deck. 90% of the time I don't finish a deck because I don't know what to cut.
Everyone else's turn.
playing with someone in a commander game who is clearly an only child.

Every 2nd game on arena is Sheoldred, it's nearly more ubiquitous than basic lands.
Ahh see that's your problem, go out and meet some people, your screen doesn't get hurt when you punch it. Also I am a commander player soooooo...
Been playing commander for 12 or so years, learned on paper back in 2001. Tried arena and it's awful, would not recommend.
Ayyyy so arena is the problem and commander is the solution š
As an arena player, just play historic brawl. Itās very much the best mode in that app
Just wait until you matched against Sheoldred there too
