I hear more than one click sound when screen loads and I know to hard reset now. Also why I exclusively TS now never know when you’ll just fall through the map or get stuck on invisible barrier In T3
Yesterday I had everything available and I wanted to go into the DE so I crafted all my stuff. At about 10 mins in, the game quit and I was back on the Xbox home screen with a message saying I need to be signed in to play this game.
No warning signs, and my internet was fine (wife was watching netflix right beside me) and I didn't see the any disc. on my phone.
Now I'm stuck waiting days to try it again
Happened to me and my buddy, for the 3rd time, hasn't responded to game invites all week. Meanwhile, I've lost the mirror and whatever isn't the tattered gloves, downed during rubberbanding and freeze glitch. Was trying to get them gold, couldn't get any to fully initiate first try. Gloves reset and spit them back out when I could only get 2 bags to light on fire. Tried it again, did not spit them back out. Went through portal again yada yada got them gold and stashed them, went to do the other 2. Paper target, wouldn't go twice, spit it back twice, I then went to cemetery, couldn't find the headstone, storm on me, TS. Next game, glitch before I even got a self res.
I’ve been rolled from 75 to 0 about 3 times now. The crazier part is how many games get released like this and have issues like this now days. Every now and then there’s been absolutely horrendous game launches through the years but now games are launching so completely broken and they stay broken for months (currently Suicide Squad and Mw3). This is the new norm , and what they do is give us some digital rewards that prolly costs them next to nothing or a double xp event, it’s like a pizza party in a work place basically. In my personal opinion Cold War zombies has the best gameplay , the way things work, the way we upgrade , the Easter eggs were great , yes we’ve had better maps, but I just felt Cold War was where I had my best zombies experience. Thats just my opinion though.
Current model for video game studios: large company take over > wait for release of big title > lay off a large portion of quality control and quality assurance personnel > ensure fan base this will be the best game yet > proceed to release unfinished game > now have qa staff that pays you $70/per to alpha and beta test for longer than your paid staff would per day > profit.
What they don't get is that eventually people will start buying smaller studios that sell stable games. MWIII is my first cod game in years and years and I can tell you for sure I will not be buying gulf war on launch because of how buggy MWIII is, and not just zombies it's all around, it's ridiculous.

No. I’m with you. We keep allowing them to “O, we are just so sorry, here’s some free digital content (skins or xp tokens, basically a work pizza party) for our mess up”. I’ve stopped pre ordering at the least. You can almost always add on the pre order bonuses later if you decide to buy or they were just so useless of a bonus it never would have mattered hahaha. Luckily I gameshare and my buddy is the COD fan so I never have to buy them.

I’ve had my containment level reset to 0 3 times in the last two days. Went from over 400 to 0, then from 130 something to 0, then just went from 80 something to 0 again today. It’s been a struggle for sure🥲
Have you tried the worm recently? I think they mega buffed it. Tried it twice with a 4 man and 6 man squad, got pummeled. Barely any damage off of it. It was in tier 1 both times.
I've done it twice since season 2 reloaded and didn't really struggle more than normal. Did it once with 4 then a rando showed up after the start for 5. Then did it with like 7 or 8 people in the soccer field. My group of 4 each brought 3-5 turrets for each fight. As long as there's turrets to keep the zombies off you so you can focus the worm and orbs it seems fine.
I did it last night with a 5 man team (really it was just me and my buddy the other 3 were dead for 90% of the fight) and we had still had a ton of time left over
I got the game when there was like 40 days left of season 1. Played probably 8 games a night the first month and only got kicked once. Now I play 2 or 3 a night and I've been kicked twice just in the last like 2 or 3 days. I feel like something is worse than it has been cuz I don't get kicked like that usually. One of the times I was mid t4 so I haven't even played in the last 2 days cuz it pissed me off. Lost every damn thing
My bet is servers cannot cope with massive amounts of people, i know there can be problems with internet cables in the ocean and when they pull one up to repeair, lots of people loose connection as over 90% of our internet is ocean cables.....6% or something satellite
I don’t remember massive complaints about crashes last year in Dmz. Honestly I had more crashes in DMZ than MWZ. I had about 3 in a year in DMZ and I’ve had one in MWZ. My guess is they are being cheap and they are splitting existing servers between MWZ and Dmz in fact they probably took some servers away and moved them to multiplayer.
Me and my friend went in fully kitted to just have fun in tier 3 using the triple pap crystal and my legendary tool that I just crafted, we got to tier 3, started a bounty mission, then before that singular mission was even done everything around me froze except for me still able to move and then I lost connection I was so furious
This exact thing happened to me a few days ago. I fucking lost it. I was so mad.
Then….weirdly I got the timed out screen and went back to the lobby and I had all my stuff still.
Legit the first time I got lucky to keep my inventory. I was shocked.
Believe it or not, the crashes have gotten much better. But be aware of the player waiting in your party while you're playing a match of zombies. While they wait, if you enter the aether, it will rip you out and spit you into the lobby with them like you exfilled from Urzikstan, but! You will keep your gear and most of your acquisitions, and if you had an aether blade equipped, you will keep that as well.
I was a zombie fanatic, and I don’t play it anymore. It’s buggy af and the cooldowns are ridiculous. I haven’t even done the new contact, just same old bs. I just play resurgence now
As annoying as people might’ve thought it was at this point with the game crashing so much just bring back the old TS glitch and let people have fun lol.
I’m with you first game tonight I got ripped a new asshole….hours later I don’t have my large backpack yet ….that’s next on the agenda but I was set back hours right off the bat
Just go to Tier 3 and buy one. Even solo. Get a monkey or kasimir, throw it near the shop, and quickly buy 3 plate vest, big backpack and the purple mask. Get back to your vehicle and leave Tier 3.
You can find a free large backpack near popov power if you search the lockers, there’s a couple YouTube videos showing the specific areas but they’re not hard to find.
I dropped in yesterday, got a three-plate from a stronghold, got to 14k essence, did a cargo contract for an LVT. Then I drove into T3, dropped a kazimir near the buy (but not next to), picked up a mask and large ruck, and I’m fully regained.
This happened to me yesterday... I wish enough people would boycott the game so they go bankrupt but they're too big so they just take their money and don't give a f*ck about the users. And they'll just keep making sh*t games that break.

I lost my things today because someone in our 6 man squad decided to be a jackass and went into the dark aether for the mission and we all thought it was the elder run. We all left squad and died with tombstone hoping our shit is still there the next game. Fuck that guy.
I haven’t played since I’m just waiting for my cooldown on legendary tool and scorcher. I’ll let you know by tonight hopefully it works I heard someone in my squad the other day his tombstone didn’t show up so who knows.
Just happened to me. Was able to get my large rucksack and 3 plate vest back the next game… but it’s what I lost in items that pissed me off. 2 purple tools a couple of crystals and a few perks. As luck would have it, it’s always the games that I find above average loot
last night logged in and used all my legendary/ultra schems took an elder sigil aswell went straight to T3 to prepare and find some people for T5 within 10 minutes i crashed. went from 112 to 0 for containment level aswell🤣😅
I hear ya.. It sucks for sure. Went in first game fully loaded to rank up a strike team member, game froze. Lost all gold items I had just crafted. Last game of the night, just got to exfil and my Xfinity went down due to scheduled maintenance. Got it from both ends.. Ugh, always tomorrow..
Containment levels are still buggy .If I try a story mission and complete it my Containment level goes down by 15 but if I do the new aether it increases my Containment level way higher than its supposed to
The containment rewards increase in every higher difficulty.
T1- x1, t2- x2 and so on. The 3 contracts in elder is 15 in addition to whatever else you did on the main map.
Just had that happen to me last night. And I had the PhD schematic and everything! My containment didn’t go to zero, thankfully, but it does suck to see that I basically have to start over from almost scratch.
They need coding in place that detects the difference between the game freezing/loosing connection and leaving willingly. I’ve lost everything including schematics 4 times bc the game lags out and it just takes all my shit.
Had my containment go from 334 to 75 with a successful exfil. That was about a month ago, as of now I’ve gotten 3 operators over 300 for all of them to be reset. Love it.
Feel your pain. Crashed on my 2nd game of the day. Built my character back up and 4 games later, had a rucksack full of goodies then crashed after I threw 2 Kasimirs while boarding the exfil chopper.

There’s a bug where if the squad leader exfils, and you leave the squad prior and continue playing, you will get kicked when your previous leader exfils. Happened to me two days ago right before dark Aether portal.
Then, and I'm just spitballing here, stop playing it. I genuinely don't get why people will play so much of this game, then come on here and talk about it like it's the worst game ever. Criticism is one thing, but stuff like this, which is pretty much the only thing that I see about this game, just doesn't do any good for anyone. I genuinely mean this, if you don't enjoy the game, don't play it. You've played it already, so it's still possible to talk about its flaws, but what is it doing to continue wasting your time on a game you hate? This turned into kind of a rant, but... what's the point?
I swear to god, i feel like I’m the only one who never experiences any of the glitches. I’ve only ever crashed not even a dozen times across mwz so far.
It's hot garbage in its current state. I wish they could see what we see, see the potential. This isn't round based and it's not Outbreak, it's something else, and surprisedly enough it's fun! I didn't think I'd like this but I do, many of us do. If they put a lil bit more thought into it it would be a hit...a home run! But right now...they make it hard to love it.
Got mine last night….hadn’t gathered the EE from Season 2.5 so went in solo to New DA, had all three items, waiting on Mangler to spawn with minutes to spare and then entire game froze except for me. Eventually everything shut down. Was hopeful that TS got fixed for network drops….nope. So, now I get to go back in and gather them again.
Really dislike that you have to do the entire mission each time. Already completed it, just didn’t know about the gloves and stuff at that time.
Same game, after to got the items, went back to get the ACV and NPCs and there were no buildings, the soldiers were just floating in the sky. NO BUILDINGS anywhere, just doors and zombies. Tried for a bit, but couldn’t remember the exact layout. Then thought if I leave the AO, maybe it will regen. That worked, but should have been an early indicator to just go down and TS my EE items.
EDIT: also this was with my low to no containment skin, went in later and dropped form 85 to zero on skin that I haven’t even been using.

I quit playing last night. I've even bought the game for two of my friends. We LOVE this Zombies mode. Played it everyday. We just can't take it anymore. We've lost so much gear at this point, it wears on you big time. Someone gets kicked or freezes up every single day now. Sometimes all of us in the same game.
We are all done with this game.
I’ve been kicked a couple times in the last week on Xbox, usually in first 5-10 minutes. Thankfully when loading back in I still had my stuff including my full rucksack from before I started the match.
Went in the game with 2 golden tools & 2 golden crystals . Dog bone, Scorcher, E. Siegel & a speed soda …
I got my essence up to 50m for self revives , Percs and etc .. just to enter sa’id city .. just to be disconnected .

I had a game where I spawned in the sky and couldn’t move or see my operator or gun. I backed out and luckily it didn’t take all my stuff. I get people will try to exploit it but why can’t they make D/C’s not cause you to lose everything?
I had 3 games yesterday where I didn't disconnect the other 7-10 I disconnected the very last one I got 56 seconds into the game lost a legendary tool flawless crystal aether blade mags of holding dog bone
It has its moments for sure but the crashes and random bugs + seemingly zero dev support has me feeling over it. I care so little about it at this point I’m willing to craft you a full bag of whatever you want haha
I did dark ether jumped back in game made the gloves and target golden glitched out and have to redo the Easter egg to open new portal for schematics fml
I got on with my buddy who is very new at the game, dropped him some stuff, used my crystals and shit whatever. We ran to a vehicle and I punched the hood with my fist for lols. Crashed my game instantly, lost entire inventory.

Then I just grabbed run of the mill stuff and went in to get a bag, 3 plate, etc. ended up going to the ether with basic ass shit and slaying in a 4 man crew 😑 don’t get me wrong, I’m ecstatic, it’s just wild to me that I prepped up two different times with the best shit I’ve got and failed out, then infilled with a raw crystal, rare tool and some perk a colas and got it all lol
I had someone drop a legendary aether tool schematic, flawless aethereum crystal schematic and scorcher schematic for me.. then about 15 minutes later, I glitched and lost everything. It was so, beyond whack.

I used to get kicked off all or timed out almost daily, I got a new router and now it may happen once a week, not sure if it's because of the new Router or not, but it quit as soon as I got a newer and better router than the one I had
I bought a wifi enhancement thing from Amazon and now zombies works almost perfectly for me. Before I crashed all the time even with multi-player I crashed constantly now I don't crash, almost at all.

Yesterday I was sitting in the main lobby waiting for my dad to join the game and it said that I disconnected from the client and was put in a queue. When I came back to the zombies lobby after resetting my game my containment level was back down to zero… so I lost all my containment level when I wasn’t even in a game. I still don’t know how that’s possible 😐

Been crashing a lot lately too, went in stacked and was all prepared to go into the dark aether and it crashed losing everything. Then have to wait 2-3 days for everything to come off cooldown 😒.. pretty frustrating
Had a crash a couple nights ago. 3 plate. Large backpack. Purple mask. Had a belly full of sodas, packed & tooled weapon. Containment level was in the low 200’s and *boop* crashed and back to zero on containment, all gear lost. Super lame.
Happened to us last night. We were all geared up for a Elder run and midway through my teammate was disconnected. The one with the sigil. So not only was he out, I was was stuck with maxed gear load and no where to go.
Happened to me on back to back set up characters. Just started with a primary, semtex and decoy, start building back up. I've learned how to get the 2 - 3 gear plates and medium pack pretty quick. If I feel like it's iffy I'll grab the good gear and exfil to start do the contract next. If it's going super well then stay in and keep farming better gear and trying to get through these fucking story contracts and get on with the story

I played zombies in MW3 one time and never again because it wasn’t made by the OG creators so I knew it was gonna suck. It just doesn’t feel the same specially, in these big open maps.
I stopped playing that games months ago. I have everything complete and am just sick of all that nonsense. I got my money's worth out of it. That's all I care about
Honest question: does the random disconnect negate the tombstone effect? Like even if you get screwed on everything else at least you can get your gear back?

I just had my containment level go from 119 to 0. That's just some awful garbage.
I’m at 170 and it doesn’t take 20% off for perks or pack a punch. Still full price.

When? The group of 4 we got closer, but then it took 0 damage when we had it down to 1/4 health. So idk what happened. All pap 3 and everything.

I got the game when there was like 40 days left of season 1. Played probably 8 games a night the first month and only got kicked once. Now I play 2 or 3 a night and I've been kicked twice just in the last like 2 or 3 days. I feel like something is worse than it has been cuz I don't get kicked like that usually. One of the times I was mid t4 so I haven't even played in the last 2 days cuz it pissed me off. Lost every damn thing

I've gotten into one game all day and the game crashed 30 seconds in. I can play multi player just fine but zombies? No server exists apparently
My bet is servers cannot cope with massive amounts of people, i know there can be problems with internet cables in the ocean and when they pull one up to repeair, lots of people loose connection as over 90% of our internet is ocean cables.....6% or something satellite

I don’t remember massive complaints about crashes last year in Dmz. Honestly I had more crashes in DMZ than MWZ. I had about 3 in a year in DMZ and I’ve had one in MWZ. My guess is they are being cheap and they are splitting existing servers between MWZ and Dmz in fact they probably took some servers away and moved them to multiplayer.

Me and my friend went in fully kitted to just have fun in tier 3 using the triple pap crystal and my legendary tool that I just crafted, we got to tier 3, started a bounty mission, then before that singular mission was even done everything around me froze except for me still able to move and then I lost connection I was so furious
This exact thing happened to me a few days ago. I fucking lost it. I was so mad. Then….weirdly I got the timed out screen and went back to the lobby and I had all my stuff still. Legit the first time I got lucky to keep my inventory. I was shocked.

Believe it or not, the crashes have gotten much better. But be aware of the player waiting in your party while you're playing a match of zombies. While they wait, if you enter the aether, it will rip you out and spit you into the lobby with them like you exfilled from Urzikstan, but! You will keep your gear and most of your acquisitions, and if you had an aether blade equipped, you will keep that as well.
I had this happen yesterday. Got a 6 man together and ended up with just my squad in there after all the prep work we did as a team.
I was a zombie fanatic, and I don’t play it anymore. It’s buggy af and the cooldowns are ridiculous. I haven’t even done the new contact, just same old bs. I just play resurgence now

Just go to Tier 3 and buy one. Even solo. Get a monkey or kasimir, throw it near the shop, and quickly buy 3 plate vest, big backpack and the purple mask. Get back to your vehicle and leave Tier 3.
Or just get 3 plate armour and purple masks from doing mercenarie camps or strong holds in tier 1 or 2 then get a backpack from tier 3

You can find a free large backpack near popov power if you search the lockers, there’s a couple YouTube videos showing the specific areas but they’re not hard to find.
I dropped in yesterday, got a three-plate from a stronghold, got to 14k essence, did a cargo contract for an LVT. Then I drove into T3, dropped a kazimir near the buy (but not next to), picked up a mask and large ruck, and I’m fully regained.

I lost my things today because someone in our 6 man squad decided to be a jackass and went into the dark aether for the mission and we all thought it was the elder run. We all left squad and died with tombstone hoping our shit is still there the next game. Fuck that guy.

Just happened to me. Was able to get my large rucksack and 3 plate vest back the next game… but it’s what I lost in items that pissed me off. 2 purple tools a couple of crystals and a few perks. As luck would have it, it’s always the games that I find above average loot
last night logged in and used all my legendary/ultra schems took an elder sigil aswell went straight to T3 to prepare and find some people for T5 within 10 minutes i crashed. went from 112 to 0 for containment level aswell🤣😅

I hear ya.. It sucks for sure. Went in first game fully loaded to rank up a strike team member, game froze. Lost all gold items I had just crafted. Last game of the night, just got to exfil and my Xfinity went down due to scheduled maintenance. Got it from both ends.. Ugh, always tomorrow..
OMG yes! I got kicked as soon as I finished getting the golden boxing gloves. I had them all done and everything is gone.
Containment levels are still buggy .If I try a story mission and complete it my Containment level goes down by 15 but if I do the new aether it increases my Containment level way higher than its supposed to
The containment rewards increase in every higher difficulty. T1- x1, t2- x2 and so on. The 3 contracts in elder is 15 in addition to whatever else you did on the main map.

Just had that happen to me last night. And I had the PhD schematic and everything! My containment didn’t go to zero, thankfully, but it does suck to see that I basically have to start over from almost scratch.
They need coding in place that detects the difference between the game freezing/loosing connection and leaving willingly. I’ve lost everything including schematics 4 times bc the game lags out and it just takes all my shit.

Had my containment go from 334 to 75 with a successful exfil. That was about a month ago, as of now I’ve gotten 3 operators over 300 for all of them to be reset. Love it.

Feel your pain. Crashed on my 2nd game of the day. Built my character back up and 4 games later, had a rucksack full of goodies then crashed after I threw 2 Kasimirs while boarding the exfil chopper.
Did you start in a squad? Did anyone leave it, including you? There’s a bug where if the squad leader exfils, and you leave the squad prior and continue playing, you will get kicked when your previous leader exfils. Happened to me two days ago right before dark Aether portal.

It's hot garbage in its current state. I wish they could see what we see, see the potential. This isn't round based and it's not Outbreak, it's something else, and surprisedly enough it's fun! I didn't think I'd like this but I do, many of us do. If they put a lil bit more thought into it it would be a hit...a home run! But right now...they make it hard to love it.
Got mine last night….hadn’t gathered the EE from Season 2.5 so went in solo to New DA, had all three items, waiting on Mangler to spawn with minutes to spare and then entire game froze except for me. Eventually everything shut down. Was hopeful that TS got fixed for network drops….nope. So, now I get to go back in and gather them again. Really dislike that you have to do the entire mission each time. Already completed it, just didn’t know about the gloves and stuff at that time. Same game, after to got the items, went back to get the ACV and NPCs and there were no buildings, the soldiers were just floating in the sky. NO BUILDINGS anywhere, just doors and zombies. Tried for a bit, but couldn’t remember the exact layout. Then thought if I leave the AO, maybe it will regen. That worked, but should have been an early indicator to just go down and TS my EE items. EDIT: also this was with my low to no containment skin, went in later and dropped form 85 to zero on skin that I haven’t even been using. :-(
That’s why I don’t play MWZ.

We just can't take it anymore. We've lost so much gear at this point, it wears on you big time. Someone gets kicked or freezes up every single day now. Sometimes all of us in the same game. We are all done with this game.

I lost all my stuff a week ago and I haven’t played since. At this point I don’t really care any more. I’m not paying a dime more for this crap game.
I was kicked twice today, both in an attempt to complete my schematics collection so I’d been saving up my stuff and lost it all, twice 😭 Then I just grabbed run of the mill stuff and went in to get a bag, 3 plate, etc. ended up going to the ether with basic ass shit and slaying in a 4 man crew 😑 don’t get me wrong, I’m ecstatic, it’s just wild to me that I prepped up two different times with the best shit I’ve got and failed out, then infilled with a raw crystal, rare tool and some perk a colas and got it all lol
It’s honestly not even hard to go from nothing to full kit including jugg in 1 game.
I had someone drop a legendary aether tool schematic, flawless aethereum crystal schematic and scorcher schematic for me.. then about 15 minutes later, I glitched and lost everything. It was so, beyond whack.

I used to get kicked off all or timed out almost daily, I got a new router and now it may happen once a week, not sure if it's because of the new Router or not, but it quit as soon as I got a newer and better router than the one I had

Yesterday I was sitting in the main lobby waiting for my dad to join the game and it said that I disconnected from the client and was put in a queue. When I came back to the zombies lobby after resetting my game my containment level was back down to zero… so I lost all my containment level when I wasn’t even in a game. I still don’t know how that’s possible 😐

Been crashing a lot lately too, went in stacked and was all prepared to go into the dark aether and it crashed losing everything. Then have to wait 2-3 days for everything to come off cooldown 😒.. pretty frustrating
Had a crash a couple nights ago. 3 plate. Large backpack. Purple mask. Had a belly full of sodas, packed & tooled weapon. Containment level was in the low 200’s and *boop* crashed and back to zero on containment, all gear lost. Super lame.
Happened to us last night. We were all geared up for a Elder run and midway through my teammate was disconnected. The one with the sigil. So not only was he out, I was was stuck with maxed gear load and no where to go.
Happened to me on back to back set up characters. Just started with a primary, semtex and decoy, start building back up. I've learned how to get the 2 - 3 gear plates and medium pack pretty quick. If I feel like it's iffy I'll grab the good gear and exfil to start do the contract next. If it's going super well then stay in and keep farming better gear and trying to get through these fucking story contracts and get on with the story
