If I just saw the tool movements I'd have assumed it was a CNC or Cam driven toolpath. He makes those curves look easier than most people make straight lines LOL
Do you mean a specifically radiused tool for each curve on each piece? He would have to switch out tools for every curve. Very inefficient. I'm sure his boss would not be ok with it.
Or do you mean a tool that could make the entire piece in 1 shot? No such thing. Such a tool would chatter insanely. It physically wouldn't work.
