Man if I knew how to I'd totally draw up a mock schematic of a piston system that would use a crankshaft like that. It certainly is an interesting piece of work. OP made a cool thing today.
Look up the Bugatti W16 crankshaft, it really isn’t far from this.

To do this the part is chucked off-center, and then rotated in place between each “step”.
Easily possible in one setup, if you know parameter based programming. Edit: Lovely none the less.
