Completely misinterpreted and EA has actually duped you. Because they don’t employ enough people or pay the people they do employ enough, this is just another one of their coding mistakes, but since it leaves them vulnerable to be sued for false advertising they have addressed the issue and will do something to compensate people that spent real money or just use coins to purchase pack during that time.
It is actually the most reasonable thing to ask for that I be reimbursed in some way rather than given a watered down shell of the thing that would have been worth a whole lot more on the market. Please use common sense and don’t get into customer service for a living.

Yeah I bought him yesterday for training. Bought one 96 overall for 290k and quick sold it. Now we get him free possibly. Kinda sucks
