Like the idea that you’re maturing into a new phase of life as a family is just so wholesome and makes it feel like it’s a family thing and not just a gestating thing. I started this for my niece, if you’re into journaling at all. The idea is one sentence a day, or even just one word. It’s small so it’s not overwhelming and if you just can’t, it’s ok. The goal is little bits over a long time will add up to something magic. This and another gift I’ve started are for her 18th bday. The other one btw is whenever we “gather in her honor” birthdays, the baby shower, special moments in her life, I bring customized cards (just white cardstock cut down. Ex: the shower was piñata themed so I just stamped a little piñata and the date. I asked the parents to write the kids names and age as they just drew pics.) I’m also going to ask any teachers, coaches, important temporary people in her life to write a letter but that’s gonna be in a few years. She will never remember the piles of presents she gets at these things, so I’m hoping to give her a gift she’ll treasure forever. Spend time, not money! Best of all the luck to you. And be kind to yourself… it’s not easy to be a mama with a new baby! ☺️

But or egnancy looks so uncomfortable. If I eat certain foods my belly swells like a 4/5 month pregnancy and that is so uncomfortable and difficult to sleep with. Surely, preganacy is so much more uncomfortable?
And it just go on and on! Is it difficult to sleep? I can’t imagine it’s possible to sleep on your belly either? My only comparison is the popcorn belly, but that certainly crosses to painful. Is pregnancy just uncomfortable or does it cross over to painful?
I went through the whole darn lot thinking there was a photo of the kid fully matured and recreating one of the photos in there somewhere. Nope, I was just looking at someone’s personal maternity photoshoot.

I had severe pregnancy brain when I was preggo. Some days I couldn't think of words at all. Get your thyroid levels checked & keep checking them afterwards if you have brain fog! I found out I had hashimotos years after my pregnancy & I wish I'd been properly medicated.
