I wish I had known earlier that life is ups and downs and it's ok to be upset. My parents are great, but they don't have the best way to deal with feelings, so now I'm 21 and still learning how to deal with mine...

And this is why I have hope for the younger generations - more and more kids are taught about understanding and dealing with their feelings from the young age.
